No, not at all. The suede material will not hold up to wet grass and also these aren't golf shoes, just sort of look like them.If your BF really does love golf, I'm sure he would want an actual pair of golf shoes.But perhaps, he would like these as just casual shoes.

Agree 100% - I'm an avid golfer and would not want these as golf shoes.
