I'd like to also leave a suggestion to keep tabs on Best Buy's open box. I got a 256GB WIFI + Cellular version last Christmas for $1,050 due to 1) the iPad being on sale 2) Open box discounting it further from sale price. So look for official sales and when those hit, start looking at Open box versions simultaneously.

Mine was basically brand new with 0 charges.

Thats where I got my open box excellent for $890 a few months ago. Doesn't look like anything was done but the box opened.
