Just called Papa John's at my local location (Lemoyne PA). The manager had no idea what I was talking about. Guess no participating stores in my area. Bummer.

I saw them post on fb, but no location info given.. - Papa Johns Pizza
No need to check your offers or your Papa Rewards e-wallet, simply visit the restaurant during 12-2 pm local time to pick up the Croissant pizza for free - first come, first served, while supplies last, at participating locations.
And then - Papa Rewards members near participating locations received notification of the offer. Keep your eyes on your Papa Rewards emails for news about future promotions near you!

Manager at my store said it was a UK only promotion and I was about the 15th person to call. Seems bunko

Presume this is one of those you happen to order at a participating store and then when you go there to pick up your pizza, they'll offer it to you.
