Do not under any circumstances go for any of these Xfinity deals. They will cheat you, lie to you, and you will be on the phone with scam call centers from other countries using fake names for months trying to fix the problems they created. You have been warned!

Thanks for posting, I've been waiting for them to announce their deals.

I hate that they tie these discounts to premium unlimited. I've had regular unlimited for a couple of years and it works perfectly fine for me and my whole family. This is the reason I've sat out the past two years and just held onto my iPhone 14 Pro.

Spectrum has some amazing deals, but on non Apple phones.

Get an unlimited line for free for a year with Spectrum home internet and trade in a basic smartphone to get like $700 off an S25...

Then, roll that in to the S25+/Ultra.

I did 3 of those this past year, sold 2 after they unlocked (60 days) for money in my pocket and kept the 3rd as a free device, with free service.

I used this offer before. Beware: a 2-year contract does not mean the price is locked for 2 years. After I joined, they increased both the base price and the per-gig price, while canceling the plan meant giving up all the remaining monthly credit for me. I am now moving away from Xfinity and will never return.

Looks like there is minimal detail on "eligible trade in." It says to check details on Xfinity Mobile but it doesn't appear live there yet. Using iPhone 16 deals, it looks like trading in an iPhone 11 is $500 off and it goes up from there. It's hard to tell though because iPhone 16 says "up to $730 off" but the 17 deal above says "free" which seems to indicate a higher discount with trade in.
Don't be fooled. If you trade in that iPhone for $500, you lose out on the free $400. Is it worth it to you to save an extra $4.16/month more and not have your iPhone anymore? My Galaxy Flip 5 was the same trade in and I'm like, yeah, no thanks, I'll take the $400 and keep my phone.
An iPhone 11 isn't worth much. No reason to keep it for the sake of keeping it. $100 is $100.
it's worth more then $100. Everyone should also have a spare phone.

An iPhone 11 is worth exactly $100. Check eBay's recent sales. My 14 pro max only goes for mid 400s.

In this case it's not really worth much, it's aging pretty poorly. I'd rather get the extra $100.

Can you please confirm the $10/month is for 12 months? or for 24 months? I just tried from my account and the $10/month (original price for premium unlimited is $50/month) is only for 12 months, which means I need to pay the full price $50 for the 2nd year. So the final price for iPhone 17 with $700 trade-in is (830 - 700) + 10 X12 + 50 X12 +25 = 875 (including iPhone 17 & 2 years services with trade in cost); or for iPhone 17 Pro with $1100 trade in is (1100-1100) +10 X12 + 50 X 12 + 25 = 745 (including iPhone 17 Pro & 2 years services with trade in cost); If your think the trade-in phone's vale is $500, then you paid $ 1245 for the iPhone Pro & 2 years services.
Sorry for the confusion. I meant the $10 extra per month per line when I switched to premium unlimited from my existing unlimited plan. Basically I was explaining the extra cost to get the two new phones.

I had a really hard time getting this to work... it doesn't from what I can tell give you the option to upgrade to premium unlimited during the purchase process (I was already considering it to have better hotspot for my work laptop). I had to upgrade the lines first... wait a bit for it to activate and then LOG OUT of my Xfinity mobile and sign back in so that when I made the purchase it started reflecting the proper credit/trade in value for my 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. Looks like I'm paying somewhere around $14 a month for a 512 Pro Max and around $8 for a 512 Pro. Yes you pay the added line fee but 20+8+14*24 is just about exactly 1k. Add the $750-ish in phone value I'm trading on top of that. It's just about $950-1000 savings over retail for the two phones I upgraded including the added line fee. I'll take that.
I tried your method... but upgraded only one line to premium unlimited (other one is still in unlimited intro).. but when i select iPhone 17 pro and try to trade in 14 pro (line which i have already upgraded)... then still it is showing $263 as one time credit... but i dont see any option for monthly credit...

Any idea how to come around this?

So, while upgrading do we tell the CSR to upgrade from "Unlimited" plan to "Premium Unlimited Generation 5"?

just tell them you want to upgrade to the $50/month plan. That's per phone too.

I just finished upgrading 5 iPhones!!Here are the details.I logged in and upgraded 2 of my 5 plans to Premium Unlimited. I waited about 20 minutes, logged out and logged back in, and saw that the plan was now active on my account. I proceeded to select the iPhone I wanted, but I still did not see the $1100 trade-in credit. At this point, the Chat window magically popped up and allowed me to chat with a live person. I took the opportunity!I had a really helpful rep who was great to work with. He looked at the account and said the following about the Premium Unlimited plan:"First, we need to upgrade from fourth to fifth gen in order to trade in for a discount."I think this statement might be key if anyone is having issues seeing the $1100.After that, I just let him help me upgrade each phone one at a time until we had everything done! (Took about 2 hours, but it's DONE)Note, they won't credit you for more than the new iPhone costs. We almost bought an iPhone 17 base model, and we would have been wasting the extra trade-in funds (~$300 or so). At the last minute, our rep let us change the order, and we got the Pro model. So basically, we upgraded a few iPhone 15 base models, got the $1100 trade-in, and got the iPhone 17 Pro models. The price difference is basically $0 a month and the tax on the price of the iPhone. We also upgraded some iPhone 15 Pro Max phones to iPhone 17 Pro Max, but we will end up paying a little extra a month for those. Overall, I'm happy with the deals!
Thank you for the details. Did the rep mean upgrading Premium Unlimited Plan from Generation 4 to 5? Are there different versions of Premium Unlimited plan ?
Yes. He type it a few times as we processed each phone.I didn't know they had different versions of the plan until he told me.Maybe it would have self updated?? Who knows. He made it work so I'm happy!

Report back when you actually get the trade in credits. That's when the real fun begins, good luck!!

Just switched my unlimited to Premium- $10 more per month. Immediately used the upgrade. Iphone 17 Pro for $240 vs trade-in credit for Iphone 14 Pro was a no brainer

i had xfinity mobile for many years and my one huge issue with them is that they are constantly trying to connect to xfinity hotspots while you're driving or moving around making your connection horrible. They will tell you that you can turn it off, but it's impossible.
Did you try to disabled Auto-Connect to that specific wifi in settings?
