Port out is easy and flawless, you don't need to contact customer service, your account number is your IMEI and the pin transfer you get it on the website.

to be fair, one of those does not appear in op's roundup, and two are from april 10th

Total ripped me off and it took weeks dealing with their incompetent and rude management. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody at any price
