Speaking from experience, I suggest getting the 16" if you can swing it (or find a deal on a used one on FB marketplace) unless you're only cooking for 1 or 2 people. Making multiple 12" pizzas in a row can turn into a chore.

Correct, 16" needs much more talent to make the dough so, it's also about preparing a dough

The 12 inch is plenty for neapolitan sized pizzas. You can just make more pizzas, it reheats in a couple minutes. I picked this up for $257 at lowes recently and it's been great. The 16 inch also uses about twice as much fuel, meaning you need to fill up more often. Not worth over twice the price for me at least.
