Might be cool to try it out to dry a car after washing. It's way smaller and looks easier to use than a traditional leaf blower. What the heck, let's try it out.

Being there isn't a filter on it, great way to get micro scratches on your paint if using it for one of it's "listed" uses.

Use the code listed above. Just tried it, and it worked.

I was thinking towards the winter. I am hitting 70 yrs old this year and thinking about a small leaf blower to knock the snow off my car here in the arctic northeast near the lakes where we get significant snowfall. I know these would not work well on wet or heavy snows but what do you guys think of this one in particular, or the idea in general? Thanks in advance.

Yes, if the pictures are accurate they will as they all follow the Makita template

I like your approach. You're one of the rare and true slickdealers as they used to be back in the early 2000s worship

Just be careful of the battery temperature both when in use and charging.

I think is a great idea. I would keep the tool and batteries in a heated house or garage.

If you were to want to use it after work or after a grocery trip, I would bring the tool and batteries with me into work or the grocery store and not leave them in the car.

A design feature of (some) electric cars is to heat the battery in winter when they are cold before allowing the vehicle to drive.

If the batteries get that cold when you're going grocery shopping, you either live in Antarctica or you should think about eating less.

They'll be totally fine in the car for any (normal) amount of time.

If your the type thats worried about micro scratches on the car, I'm going to guess there is no scenario in which you will use a leaf blower on it, filter or not. 😂

You'd be incorrect:
