Has anyone had experience with these? I've read they have Hall Effect sticks, so I'm curious if they might make good backup controllers for my PC.

They are fantastic backup controllers. I use one for Switch once in a while. My only complaint is the placement for select|start buttons. Also notable on this clearance/markdown sale (ending Saturday night in stores) is the Powera PC OPS controllers.

You mean these ones? One of my nearby stores has two of them, which would make them $40 each with the BOGO.

These don't pair wirelessly with older systems like the Playstation 3. I had to use the included dongle to use it wireless. Then I saw this gem on the instruction booklet (charge time approx. 3 hours, gameplay up to 10 hours).

That makes the Dualsense controllers for PS5 look good by comparison.

This junk is going back tomorrow.
