This Colgate w/ hydrogen peroxide really whitens, removes stain. All others I truthfully cannot say that they work.
Personally though, I would only use this Colgate w/ hydrogen peroxide toothpaste for a week, and then go back to regular toothpaste. Then back on it as needed for a week at a time. I would not use it as my daily toothpaste in perpetuity.
