I havent sent in the trade in watch from the first order yet
You will have to chat with a representative, they will ask proof of new price and submit to their team which is YMMV. Typically I have seen refunds of 10-20% anything more they will deny.

My preorder credit is gone. Seems to have dropped off.

Nevermind, I guess it's taken off the price and no longer shown as a coupon

I have last year's Ultra, so $150 seems a bit low. I can probably sell it outright for $250? Any ideas on buying a cheap watch for $50 or less to use for trade-in?

You can go with below $12 watch for trade in. While sending for trade in, take several videos of trade in watch. Last year, most of our trade in orders were reached their warehouse but got delayed for trade in completion. We contacted their chat support and they manually completed the trade in.

There have been lower prices the last few months with EPP and preorder vonus

$370 with $100 Samsung accessory credit (if you had a use)
$289 when they doubled the preorder bonus
$339 until a week ago or so
Now they're basically killing the value of trade-ins and you're incentized to send a smart watch from the ewaste bin. I'd never send them my Watch7 for a measly $50 over the baseline

There's 2 versions of the Ultra. Last years, and this one is the 2025 version has 64gb and some other minor changes.
