I'll never buy another large item from Aliexpress again. Currently dealing with a defective 3D printer that Aliexpress is trying to tell me I need to pay my own return shipping for. The shipping costs $100, which is over half the cost of the printer. PayPal is trying to tell me it's Aliexpress's policy and standard practice for the buyer to pay return shipping. Now having to file a chargeback through my credit card.

Got the Ladped lp60 last month. I've ran through the battery 4 or 5 times so far since I got it last month. I just blast around the neighborhood or cul-de-sac for fun. Put some sweet underglow on mine, also from AliExpress. The kids in the neighborhood are jealous. Its a Xaomi 365 clone. If you don't mind it slowing down to 11 mph up slight hills and 9 mph up steeper hills, get it.

I think this would be cool to keep in my car And when I want to Go somewhere downtown I can park further away where the parking is free and use this to get to my destination, but what would I do with it once I do get to my destination? Lock it to a bike rack or something?

This is literally what I used to do when I would drive down to the city to play volleyball. I would park wherever for free then whip my scooter out of the trunk, get my volleyball backpack on and on I go. I have a little case on the front of the scooter for the lock and charger and I even got a phone mount.

In nyc you see people ride these rain or shine. I personally have a different one and the battery is not holding and the tire just popped and looking into a new one. I definitely would not recommend riding this in the winter unless you have a face covering. And warm gloves. If it snows I definitely do not recommend riding in

Can it? Yes.I wouldn't recommend it though. It's uncomfortable and very unsafe

Go get this people... I hardly leave comments, but this one deserves 5star review from me. do NOT buy if you expect $300 scooter' suspension with 10" , this does NOT have soft cushion , but with solid tire. I used to own $300 scooter, got stolen on CalTrain commute, and ended up in getting bit cost-friendly scooter - LP80! at $150ish on FP , not this LP60 (this advertised) without all the bell/whistles that's good enough to take me for 1mile (roundtrip), flat-terrain from train station to my office. I had to recharge after 8-9miles, so far below than advertised 15miles- but hey, I maxed out the speed, and once / week charging didn't matter to me. Weight is light enough and you can fold this thing and small enough to tuck under your train seat. (why do i not use Bike cart? duh) So bottom line - I get 10miles with LP80.. Like commentor music_man26 (LP80 owner) mentioned, / agreeing to my point for lack of "distance"- go buy LP60 if capacity doesn't matter to you. It's got less juice than LP80 for sure. For me, if wasn't LP80 deal, I still would've gotten this $100 deal, and ended up being happy despite my charging freq would be from once / week to once /3 days for 9 miles - that's me.

Looking to get an electric scooter for the first time and don't know much about them. Was considering this LP60 based on the price, but reading comments here, a lot of people have recommended the LP80 (which seems to be about $25-$30 more) for the higher battery capacity.

Was about to buy the LP80, but then started researching into wheel types, suspension, etc... So what I understand is that the LP60/LP80 have no suspension and use solid tires so the rides can get pretty bumpy. I think I want to go with solid tires from a maintenance aspect, but would then want suspension to mitigate the solid tire disadvantage. Are bigger 10" wheels also worth it?

So are there better options that costs slightly more that I should consider? Looking to budget something around $200-$250, but less is always welcome. Should I be looking at the Ladped LPMAX (https://www.ladped.com/product/la...scooter/)? The page for this model though says it has "10" air tyre" so do they mean pneumatic tires? But elsewhere, I'm reading that this model comes with solid tires so confused on this point. Thanks for any suggestions.

Which printer is it, if you don't mind me asking?

Yes. I live downtown and use my cheap-o scooter solely for the purpose of downtown travel to bars, restaurants, stores, etc. I lock it to bike racks or poles with a regular U-lock. Been doing this for over ten years without a single incident of theft or damage, which is why I switched from bicycle to scooter - they are far more robust and difficult/useless to steal.
