I'll never buy another large item from Aliexpress again. Currently dealing with a defective 3D printer that Aliexpress is trying to tell me I need to pay my own return shipping for. The shipping costs $100, which is over half the cost of the printer. PayPal is trying to tell me it's Aliexpress's policy and standard practice for the buyer to pay return shipping. Now having to file a chargeback through my credit card.

Got the Ladped lp60 last month. I've ran through the battery 4 or 5 times so far since I got it last month. I just blast around the neighborhood or cul-de-sac for fun. Put some sweet underglow on mine, also from AliExpress. The kids in the neighborhood are jealous. Its a Xaomi 365 clone. If you don't mind it slowing down to 11 mph up slight hills and 9 mph up steeper hills, get it.

I think this would be cool to keep in my car And when I want to Go somewhere downtown I can park further away where the parking is free and use this to get to my destination, but what would I do with it once I do get to my destination? Lock it to a bike rack or something?

You can use the app to change settings like turning cruise control off and on, limit the speed at each of the 3 settings, control brake aggressiveness, change start mode to kick to start, etc. You don't have to use the app at all, all the functionality from changing speed modes, accelerating and braking, turning lights on, etc are all directly controlled on the scooter.

I think at 5'11" you'd be fine. I'm 6'5" and can ride it, but it's not ideal. If you want a bigger one, get the Aovopro ESMAX (what I have with pneumatic tires) or the Ladped LPMAX with solid tires as they are much larger.

If you were to park somewhere far from your car, and bring this to your destination, how easy is it to lock it up outside? Assuming you can't bring it in with you to wherever you're going?

I've seen people lock them up with U-locks and there's various other style locks on Amazon. I guess 1 advantage of a $100 scooter is that you may not be as worried as a Segway or something that costs 4 or 5 times as much.

So I have both the LP60 and the LP80. and i am not sure if just because they came from the factory that way but the LP80 stops too quick, you touch the brake and almost wants to throw me over.. the LP60... the bakes were completely the opposite. I have adjusted it almost all the way and still takes like 10 feet to stop.. and for some reason the LP60 is not as jarring to ride as the LP80.. the LP80 wants to shake my eyeballs out of my head... had a headache for the rest of the day.. (i rode on NYC sidewalk) but the LP60 was for some reason less resonating with my eyeballs... so i have decided to sell the LP80 and keep the LP60.. and figure out how to stop faster!

AEUS20 worked for me but couldnt get the 26 to work. It seemed to work better when I did Buy it Now rather than adding it to cart

I see it for $154 right now. Looks like when I ordered it was $163 so I was able to use a $32 coupon code. So normal price varies every day but about $155 minus whatever coupons you see listed on slick deals that you can try and see which one is best. My kids had electric scooters at probably 6 so 8 years old is a good age. Just keep it on Eco speed.

No, you don't need to stare at your phone. The app is used to set speed limits for the 3 different modes, activate zero start, cruise control or to lock/unlock the scooter should you choose to use that feature. The scooter has a thumb throttle.
