There are multiple "store brands" out there that sell the exact same thing but they're all selling the exact same thing since it is stated on the side "X3 mini".
I have both: The X3 and the X3 mini that I got this week.
X3 mini is as per the name, smaller - and its max fan is very slightly less powerful - I'd say like 5% less.
If I blow the X3 into my face, it's a little hard to breathe, but with the X3 mini it is just slightly easier to breathe.
The X3 is more portable and it has more selections for heads and they don't pop off so easily unlike the X3 with the magnetic heads - which is good and bad, but the X3 mini design of the twist-pop head is more practical imo.
X3 mini also does not have a battery indicator light whereas the X3 has one on the bottom and at level 1 the X3 mini is noticeably weak - like $8 temu handheld fan weak. But that's at level 1. At max level, it's still pretty powerful.
X3 mini also has 3 blue LEDs near the fan that point outwards and is able to illuminate truly dark areas, but it's not really necessary - just a fun perk.
I paid $30 for the X3 almost 2 years ago, and $16 for this X3 mini. In terms of overall price and effectiveness I'd say the X3 mini is a good buy and its battery life seems to be similar to the X3 at 2500 mAh compared to the X3's 3000 mAh.
I've used this to dry dishes, water bottles, car windows, floor mats, motorcycles, leaves in my driveway, cleaned out my PC, stoked fires on its lowest setting, clean out those standing fans, clearing out dusty bins. The best use: to annoy my significant other. This is by far one of the best and most versatile tools I have.
Is the X3 better? Yes. Is it 2x the price better? I don't think so.

Care to explain?
probably talking about Amazon vine. it's not entirely free, most things you get through it you don't pay up front but are considered as income on your taxes

Is absolutely powerful and blows the competition away, no pun intended. Yes, it's significantly more expensive, but I've had it for a 7 months and it has worked extremely well. I use it for all kinds of things in the garage, workshop, house, cleaning computers and other items, cleaning stuff in the cars, and more.
I was convinced to get that model specifically after watching the Project Farm review on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_ncYXk
