Quality of Slick Deal Postings

In the past year there seems to have been quite an uptick of deals posted that link to Amazon sellers with basically little to no reputation behind their brands. Amazon has had this issue for a while where there are hundreds of chinese clones for every item you can think of. Usually with no idea about customer service or quality of product aside from Amazon reviews which can be manipulated.
IMO quality over quantity in terms of posts. Can these brands with little history be filtered out or separated somehow? The value that users find in this site is being lessened if they have to sort through a bunch of fluff to get to the actual deals every time they check.
