Ok, realized you can't just add the annual pro+ plan to cart then try to put in the code, you have to hit the top bar advertising the code to then it adds what seems to be the same product (pro+ plan) for the same price, but this time when inputting the code the discount works.
WiFi calling over cellular is a function of the phone not the carrier (the line with no cellular coverage but you have enabled WiFi calling ahead of time)
Had to do an emergency port to Tello overseas to overcome their BS.

Visible will restrict incoming & outgoing calls unless paying $10/day for global pass even on wifi calling. 1800 numbers will be inaccessible (think banks + support teams + airlines)
Visible does not allow the iphone feature to use another line's data to have coverage without wifi (i.e. "wifi-calling" over cellular data).
I experienced this. It is absolutely a function of the carrier and Visible does not have it enabled. I had tmobile for a long time and took their functionality for granted by Visible does not support this for iOs.
