I found the clear blue one 'Sky Cipher' color at my local Target marked clearance for $33.49. They had two other colors (one in OP's if I recall correctly) and another color.

Wouldn't surprise me since these are always on sale. They have zero killer features and develop stick drift rather quickly so this is really about what they're worth. Anyone paying full price is an absolute sucker.

I actually found this at a Target in CT! It was the last one and in the Electric Volt color, but on clearance for 34.99. They are kinda garbage and do develop stick drift quickly, but it's not a bad deal for $35.

You go into the store and see if they have it there on clearance, if they don't then you're out of luck

I was able to find the blue cipher for $34 and the ghost cipher for $40 at two different locations!
