MONOPOLY® Game At McDonald's Official Rules (the "Official Rules")
No purchase is necessary to play or win a prize. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. To participate in the Game (defined below) and claim any prizes won, you must download the McDonald's app (the "McDonald's App"), have internet access, have a valid email address, register for the McDonald's App, opt-in to MyMcDonald's Rewards and register for the Game in the McDonald's App.
Each winner (and any minor winner's parent or legal guardian for themself and on behalf of the minor) may be required to participate in the prize fulfillment process and sign documentation, such as a release, as more fully detailed below.
By participating, you (and, if you are an Eligible Minor as defined in Rule 2.A., your parent or legal guardian) unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (defined in Rule 1), which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Game. These Official Rules are a contract. Without limitation, this contract includes a limitation of your rights and remedies. As more fully detailed below, you agree that all disputes associated with the Game will be decided by binding arbitration and you and McDonald's hereby waive the right to assert claims in any class or representative action (refer to Rule 14).
1. Game Overview.
Monopoly Game At McDonald's (the "Game") is sponsored by McDonald's USA, LLC ("Sponsor") and is comprised of an "Instant Win Game," "Collect to Win Game" and "Bonus Play". During the Game Period (defined below), eligible participants (each, a "Participant" or "you") can win food or MyMcDonald's Rewards points in the Instant Win Game, try to collect sets of Monopoly properties to win prizes in the Collect to Win Game and play for a chance to win other prizes in the time-seeded Bonus Play. Refer to Rule 2 and Rule 7.C. for full eligibility details. To play the Game during the Game Period, collect Physical Game Pieces (defined below) or Digital Game Pieces (defined below) by purchasing Eligible Menu Items and Eligible Digital Menu Items (while supplies last). Refer to Rule 4 below for a description of Eligible Menu Items and Eligible Digital Menu Items. You can also obtain a Game Piece (defined below) without a purchase by following the instructions in Rule 4.C. below (while supplies last). A Digital Game Piece is earned only if you register for the Game in the McDonald's App before ordering an Eligible Digital Menu Item via Mobile Order & Pay (pickup or delivery) or when using your MyMcDonald's Rewards code. Once you have a Physical Game Piece, peel it, register for the Game in the McDonald's App (if you are not already registered) and use the McDonald's App to complete the Game play associated with your Physical Game Piece (including playing the Bonus Play) and claim any property collected or prizes won, all by the dates detailed below. Once you have a Digital Game Piece, locate it in the McDonald's App, digitally peel it in the McDonald's App and complete the Game play associated with your Digital Game Piece (including playing the Bonus Play) and claim any property collected or prizes won, all by the dates detailed below. Refer to Rule 3 below in these Official Rules for full instructions on how to download and use the McDonald's App for this Game.
Except as otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules, all times mentioned in these Official Rules are local time ("Local Time" or "LT"), which refers to the time of day at the location of a particular Game Participant in the Territory. The "Game Period" begins on October 6, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. LT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 2, 2025, while Game Pieces last. Physical Game Pieces available on packaging for Eligible Menu Items that are not distributed before the end of the Game Period may continue to be distributed until exhausted or 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025 (whichever occurs first). Participants who receive a Physical Game Piece after the Game Period may continue to claim prizes in the Instant Win Game and collect Monopoly property pieces (and, if applicable, claim any prizes potentially won) in the Collect to Win Game until 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025. The Bonus Play ends for all at 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 2, 2025. All prize claims are subject to verification in accordance with these Official Rules. The clock for the server(s) operating the McDonald's App will be the official timekeeper for purposes of this Game.
Eligible Participants will have the opportunity to register to play the Game as early as September 29, 2025. However, Game Play does not start until the Game Period begins.
2. Who Can Play/Win.
A. Who is Eligible.
The Game is open only to individuals who are residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia (the "Territory") who are 18 years of age and older on the day of participation and who have registered for the McDonald's App, opted in to MyMcDonald's Rewards and registered for the Game in the McDonald's App. An eligible Participant who has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence (an "Eligible Minor") may require a parent or legal guardian to claim a prize. The Game is void where prohibited by law.
B. Who Is Not Eligible.
Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate in, or to win a prize in, the Game: (a) any person who, on or after April 1, 2025, was or is a director, officer, employee, member, manager, agent or franchisee of any one or more of the following: any of the Game Entities (defined in Rule 11), except as detailed in this Rule below with respect to employees of Prize Partners or Property Perks Partners listed in Rule 11 who may participate, but not claim Prizes provided by the Prize Partner or Property Perks Partners for which they work; (b) any individual engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Game; (c) any person who is or purports to be an immediate family member (defined as spouse, dependent for federal income tax purposes, siblings or step-, biological, foster, in-law or adoptive parents, siblings or children of), or who resides or is domiciled in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. Note: If an individual was an employee of McDonald's or a McDonald's franchisee (inclusive of crew employees) as of April 1, 2025, that individual will not be eligible to play, regardless of whether or not that individual is still currently employed by McDonald's or a McDonald's franchisee.
Further Note: Any person who, on or after April 1, 2025, was or is a director, officer, employee, member, manager, agent or franchisee/dealer of one or more of the Prize Partners (listed in Rule 11) or Property Perks Partners (listed in Rule 11), or of any Prize Partner's or Property Perks Partner's divisions, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers and dealerships, franchisees, representatives, service agencies or independent contractors can participate in the Game, however, the employees of such Prize Partners and/or Property Perks Partners are not eligible to receive and may not claim any Prizes provided by the Prize Partner or by an affiliated or parent company of the Prize Partner or Property Perks Partner for which they work. The foregoing also applies to any person who is or purports to be an immediate family member (defined as spouse, dependent for federal income tax purposes, siblings or step-, biological, foster, in-law or adoptive parents, siblings or children of), or who resides or is domiciled in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories.
C. To Be Eligible To Win.
Winning any prize requires that the potential winner of the prize is, and remains, in compliance with these Official Rules. Until a potential winner is verified to be eligible and in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner is, and will remain, a potential prize winner, unless the potential winner is disqualified for not complying with the Official Rules and/or not being eligible to participate in the Game (refer to Rule 10). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines is not permitted by law to receive a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to refrain from conducting any advertising or publicity associated with a winner for any reason.
3. McDonald's App, McDonald's App Registration, Opt-in to MyMcDonald's Rewards and Registration for Game Required.
In order to fully participate in the Game and claim any prizes won, eligible Participants must (if not already done): (A) download the current McDonald's App; (B) register for the App; (C) opt-in to the MyMcDonald's Rewards Program; and (D) register for the Game. All of this must be done in advance to have the possibility of earning Digital Game Pieces.
A. Download the current McDonald's App.
Participants can download and install the McDonald's App on their eligible Mobile Device (refer to Rule 5). The McDonald's App is free. Data rates may apply. Use of the McDonald's App is subject to the and the .
B. Register for the McDonald's App.
Once you have downloaded the McDonald's App, if not already registered, follow the in-app prompts to complete the registration process for the McDonald's App. You must use an email address that is valid and that you currently have access to because the email address that you use to register for the McDonald's App will automatically be used as your email address with respect to the Game (see next step). Once registered for the McDonald's App, your email address cannot be changed (except for redemption of cash prizes) and any prize-related emails will be sent to that email address.
C. Opt-in for MyMcDonald's Rewards & Deals ("MyMcDonald's Rewards").
Opting in to MyMcDonald's Rewards is free. If not already opted in, to opt-in, open the McDonald's App, click "More" in the bottom menu, then "Profile," then "MyMcDonald's Rewards" and then toggle the button to "Opt-in to MyMcDonald's Rewards & Deals". When you are opted in, the toggle will be set to the "on" position. When you are not opted in, the toggle will be set to the "off" position.
D. Register for the Game.
Navigate to the home screen of the McDonald's App and click on the Game banner. If you are a first-time registrant for the Game, follow the prompts to create your Game profile ("My Game Account") by providing the required information and agreeing to all applicable terms—including, without limitation, these Official Rules and McDonald's Privacy Statement; then click the "Start Playing" submission button. Your My Game Account will sync with your McDonald's App account, and each time you return to the McDonald's App and tap on the Game promotional banner, your My Game Account will be synced with your McDonald's App account. A record of all played and claimed Game Codes (defined below), if any, will be maintained in your My Game Account. Once creation of your My Game Account is completed, you can use the buttons on the Home Page to "Add Code," access "Digital Peels," "Claim Prize," track "My Properties" and "Bonus Play".
4. How to Play.
To play the Game, you will need to obtain one or more official physical game piece(s) for this Game ("Physical Game Piece") or official digital game piece(s) for this Game ("Digital Game Piece") (each, a "Game Piece") during the Game Period (while supplies last).
A. Collecting Physical Game Pieces.
Get a Physical Game Piece by Purchasing an Eligible Menu Item:
An eligible Participant can collect a Physical Game Piece by visiting a participating McDonald's restaurant in the Territory (or ordering via delivery) during the Game Period and purchasing one of the following items (each an "Eligible Menu Item"), while supplies of specially marked packaging/cards last.
One Physical Game Piece will be affixed to packaging for the following Eligible Menu Items (or provided via a separate card provided with purchase at some restaurants):
Medium and Large Hot McCafé® Beverages (Premium Roast Coffee, Mocha, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Macchiato, as well as Hot Tea and Hot Chocolate);
Large Soft Drink, Iced Tea or Lemonade (but excluding all CosMc's beverages);
Large Iced Coffee;
Big Mac® Sandwich;
Filet-O-Fish® Sandwich;
10-Piece Chicken McNuggets®;
Hash Browns;
McMuffin® Sandwiches; and
Large Fries.
Two Physical Game Pieces will be affixed to packaging for the 20-Piece Chicken McNuggets® (or via a separate card provided with purchase at some restaurants).
These specially marked packages will be available for the Eligible Menu Item during the hours when that menu item is served, while supplies last. The hours during which particular menu items are served vary. Once the supply of specially marked packaging for any item is exhausted, it will not be replenished.
B. Collecting Digital Game Pieces.
Get a Digital Game Piece by purchasing an Eligible Digital Menu Item in the McDonald's App via Mobile Order & Pay (pickup or delivery) or when using your MyMcDonald's Rewards code (but only if you are registered for the Game in the McDonald's App and opted in to MyMcDonald's Rewards prior to purchase).
You can collect one Digital Game Piece while supplies last by:
First, opting in to MyMcDonald's Rewards and registering for the Game in the McDonald's App (as described in Rule 3) before you make a purchase; and
Second, making a purchase of one of the following items (each an "Eligible Digital Menu Item") from a participating McDonald's restaurant either (i) using Mobile Order & Pay (for pickup or delivery) or (ii) at the kiosk, counter or Drive Thru when scanning your MyMcDonald's Rewards code or presenting your four-digit code at the time of your purchase:
4-piece McCrispy® Strips;
McCrispy® Sandwiches (excluding limited time only McCrispy® Sandwiches);
Biscuit Sandwiches (excluding Sausage Biscuit Sandwich);
McGriddles® Sandwiches (excluding Sausage McGriddles® Sandwich);
Medium Fries;
Large Cold McCafé® beverages (Iced Latte, Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Mocha, Frappé);
Large Smoothie; or
Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Sandwich.
Note: Once the supply of Digital Game Pieces has been exhausted it will not be replenished.
If, during the Game Period, you purchase any of the above items either without first opting in to MyMcDonald's Rewards and registering for the Game (as described above) OR without associating your MyMcDonald's Rewards account with the purchase (as described above) you will not earn a Digital Game Piece based on the purchase. Digital Game Pieces cannot be awarded retroactively.
C. Receive Game Pieces Without Making a Purchase.
Get a Game Piece (Awarded as two Game Codes) Without Making a Purchase by Submitting an Online Request by November 2, 2025.
You can receive two Digital Game Codes by:
Visiting the , where you will be asked to provide your email address, to agree to these Official Rules and to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (each, a "Request"). Once you submit your Request, Sponsor will send you an email containing a one-time use password ("Password") and a unique link ("Unique Link"). You must click on the Unique Link and submit the AMOE Request Form (defined below) on the same Day (defined below) you received the email or else the link will expire. Please note that, unlike other aspects of Game Play, AMOE Requests are measured in Eastern Time ("ET"). Once you have clicked the Unique Link, entered the Password and correctly answered the CAPTCHA question, you will then be served an alternative method of entry request form ("AMOE Request Form"). You must complete the AMOE Request Form by entering the information requested before the Unique Link expires. Both the Password and Unique Link are one-time use. Upon successful submission of your AMOE Request Form, two Game Codes (defined below) will be emailed to the email address provided on your AMOE Request Form. You can then enter the Game Codes in the McDonald's App. Prior to entering the Game Codes, you will need to be opted in to the MyMcDonald's Rewards and registered for the Game. Once a Game Code is entered, the outcome of the play attached to the Game Code will be revealed. Limit five Requests per person and per email address per Day (defined below), for a maximum of ten Game Codes per Day. Use of any Game Code is subject to daily limits. For the purposes of this paragraph, a "Day" is defined as a 24-hour period from 12:00:00 a.m. ET to 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Delivery of Game Codes may be delayed or re-routed due to technical or other issues beyond Sponsor's control and, as detailed in Rule 11 below, Sponsor is not liable or responsible for a Participant's inability to receive a Game Code or play the Game due to technical or other errors. If you successfully submit your AMOE Request Form and do not receive your Game Codes, please check your spam or similar filter and, if still not received, please repeat the AMOE Request Form process. You agree that the prior sentence is your sole remedy for any failure to receive Game Codes after submitting an AMOE Request Form.
D. Play/Redeem Your Game Pieces/Game Codes.
After collecting a Game Piece or Game Code, play/redeem the Game Piece/Game Code in the McDonald's App. You can play/redeem a maximum of ten Game Pieces/Game Codes per day, regardless of the type of Game Piece.
How to Play/Redeem a Physical Game Piece: When a Participant peels a Physical Game Piece, it will reveal either an Instant Win Prize (food or points) or a Collect to Win Property Piece (defined below). To claim what was revealed, the Participant must scan/enter the twelve-digit unique alphanumeric code ("Game Code") found on the Physical Game Piece in the McDonald's App. To do so, open the McDonald's App, click on the Monopoly banner, then click the "Add Code" button. Scan/enter the Game Code from your Physical Game Piece to play the Game Code to reveal if you received an Instant Win Prize (food or points) or a Collect to Win Property Piece.
How to Play/Redeem a Digital Game Piece: After collecting a Digital Game Piece, open the McDonald's App as a logged-on Game registrant, click on the Monopoly banner and click on the "Peel Now" button. There, you can find and peel your Digital Game Piece(s) to reveal if you received an Instant Win Prize (food or points) or a Collect to Win Property Piece.
How to Play/Redeem a Game Code Received Without Making A Purchase: After receiving a Game Code, open the McDonald's App, click on the Monopoly banner and click the "Add Code" button. Enter the Game Code you received via email in response to your Request to reveal if you received an Instant Win Prize (food or points) or a Collect to Win Property Piece.
Note: In the event of a power outage or similar interruption occurs once you've added a Game Code, check in your My Game Account to confirm that the Game Code play was received. If it was received and played the outcome of that Game play will be displayed. If there is no record of that Game Code, reenter the Game Code to complete the play.
Tap "My Game Account" to review all of your Game Codes/Game Pieces entered/received and prizes claimed. Prizes not yet claimed will be found in the Claim Prizes section until November 23, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. LT. After redeeming/playing your Game Piece or Game Code, you will find in the My Game Account section of your McDonald's App that you have received either (i) an Instant Win Prize which may consist of a Food Prize (defined below) or a MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Prize (defined below); or (ii) a Monopoly Collect to Win Property Piece which describes the name of a Monopoly street property, location, railroad or utility that corresponds to a street property, location, railroad or utility in the Game.
E. Collect to Win.
Participants may collect Collect to Win Property Pieces for a chance to complete a "Winning Combination," which occurs when a single Participant collects and builds one of the following Winning Combinations in their My Game Account:
Mediterranean Avenue (#801) and Baltic Avenue (#802);
Oriental Avenue (#803), Vermont Avenue (#804) and Connecticut Avenue (#805);
St. Charles Place (#806), States Avenue (#807) and Virginia Avenue (#808);
St. James Place (#809), Tennessee Avenue (#810) and New York Avenue (#811);
Kentucky Avenue (#812), Indiana Avenue (#813) and Illinois Avenue (#814);
Atlantic Avenue (#815), Ventnor Avenue (#816) and Marvin Gardens (#817);
Pacific Avenue (#818), North Carolina Avenue (#819) and Pennsylvania Avenue (#820);

A Participant can also tap on "My Properties" in the McDonald's App to review the Collect to Win Property Pieces they have collected. If a Participant collects all of the Collect to Win Property Pieces required to complete a Winning Combination, that Participant is the potential winner of the Collect to Win Prize identified on the applicable Collect to Win Property Piece and defined below in these Official Rules, subject to verification of (i) the Collect to Win Property Pieces; (ii) the potential Winning Combination; and (iii) the Participant's compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will not honor and is not responsible for any combination of Collect to Win Property Pieces that is incomplete or any purported Collect to Win Property Piece which is fraudulent, obtained by impermissible means or otherwise not a genuine, original Collect to Win Property Piece.
F. Play Bonus Play (before November 2, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. LT).
After collecting and playing/redeeming each Game Piece/Game Code in your My Game Account, you will have one additional opportunity per Game Code to win a Bonus Play Prize (defined below) (the "Bonus Play"). Open your McDonald's App, click on the Monopoly banner and click on the "Bonus Play" button to play. You may choose to play your Bonus Play at any point before November 2, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. LT, subject to the 10 per Day maximum (with a "Day" measured in ET, as described above). Depending on the time at which you click to play your Bonus Play, if you click play at a winning time, you will be awarded the Bonus Play Prize that was seeded for the time when you clicked to play, or, if applicable, you will instead be awarded the higher value Bonus Play Prize that (i) was seeded in advance of the time when you clicked play and (ii) remains unawarded as of the time you clicked play.
G. Earn Property Perks.
Every time you collect any four Collect to Win Property Pieces (up to a maximum of 32), whether they are from a Physical Game Piece or a Digital Game Piece, Sponsor will send you an email that tells you that you have earned a discount or offer from a partner which can only be obtained during the Game Period if you participate in the Game (each, a "Property Perk"). Based on the number of Property Perks you earn, you will increase your Property Perk level. There are eight Property Perk levels available for a Participant to achieve. All valid Collect to Win Property Pieces must be entered into the My Game Account by 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025, in order to count towards earning a Property Perk. There is a limit of one Property Perk at each level per Participant and a maximum of eight Property Perk levels and a maximum of thirty-two Collect to Win Property Pieces that qualify towards Property Perks, regardless of how many Collect to Win Property Pieces a Participant collects.
Property Perks descriptions, details, terms and other limitations are found in Rule 6.I.
H. No Unauthorized Transfer of Game Materials.
Any transfer, whether by way of sale, loan, gift, handover or any other manner whatsoever, of any game materials, including without limitation, a Game Piece or Game Code or access to a My Game Account ("Game Materials"), by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited. Transfer may be permitted between eligible Participants as follows: (i) Except an Instant Win Prize that automatically deposits in the Rewards & Deals section of the Participant's McDonald's App account, any prize potentially won by an Eligible Minor must be claimed by that Participant's parent/legal guardian on the Eligible Minor's behalf; or (ii) if a Participant who is the potential winner of a prize wishes to transfer the prize or the related potential winning Game Piece, or potential Winning Combination, as the case may be, to another person, subject to these Official Rules, that transfer must be authorized expressly in writing by Sponsor's redemption center for this Game ("Redemption Center") before the transfer is made, and such authorization may be granted or withheld in Sponsor's sole discretion. A Participant must make any request for such authorization in writing, must sign that request and must mail the written and signed request along with their Game Materials when submitted to the Redemption Center.
5. How to Download and Manage the McDonald's App: Device Requirements; Deleting An Account.
A. Device Requirements:
To participate in the Game, you must have a "Mobile Device" which is a qualifying iOS or Android Device that is capable of running the latest version of the McDonald's App.
You must have the latest version of the McDonald's App for Android and/or iOS installed on your Mobile Device. In the App Store, compatibility requires iOS 15.0 or later. In Google Play, compatibility requires Android 9.0 or later. Compatibility is subject to change. Please refer to current compatibility under the information details for the McDonald's App in the App Store and Google Play.
Using a screen resolution lower than 375px wide may result in a Participant not being able to participate in the Game.
While all efforts are made to support current operating systems and devices, new operating systems and devices may not be supported if brought to market after the development of the Game. Sponsor is not responsible for any operating system or device supporting issues.
B. Deleted Accounts:
Your McDonald's App account is your identifier for the Game. If you delete your McDonald's App account during the Game, you will lose all access to your McDonald's account and My Game Account, including but not limited to your Game play, your Collect to Win Property Piece tracking, any prizes awarded and not redeemed and any Game Codes used or Bonus Plays earned, and any of the foregoing cannot be recovered.
6. Game Prizes/Odds of Winning/ARVs.
Potential winning Game Pieces are distributed on a generally random basis across the universe of Game Pieces. It is planned that approximately six hundred forty-four million, six hundred fifty-seven thousand, nine hundred seventy-one total Game Pieces will be available to be distributed during the Game Period. A Participant who has earned a Bonus Play (as described above) can click on "Bonus Play" in the menu bar tab in the McDonald's App to receive one Bonus Play for the chance to win a prize (each, a "Bonus Play Prize"). The odds of winning a Bonus Play Prize will be determined by the time that Participant taps the "Tap to Play" button to initiate the Bonus Play. During Bonus Play, there is a prize randomly available every minute. There are also twenty-eight $10,000 Cash Prizes, randomly available one each Day of Bonus Play. (As described above, a "Day" for purposes of the Game is measured in ET.) 7. General Information for Prize Claim.
A. Game Piece Verification:
You must keep any original potential winning Physical Game Piece(s) and/or the Verification Code from a Digital Game Piece in your My Game Account. You may need to submit the Game Piece(s), and/or the Game Code on the Physical Game Piece(s), in order to claim the applicable prize. For the purposes of making a valid prize claim, no entry of a Game Code in the McDonald's App when you tap on the Monopoly promotional banner is, or shall be accepted as, proof of the existence, the possession or the ownership, at any time, by a Participant of any Game Piece(s) that bear a Game Code entered by a Participant in the McDonald's App.
The first Participant to validly enter a particular Game Code in their My Game Account in the McDonald's App (as described above) will be the only Participant who can make a valid prize claim using that particular Game Code.
B. Forfeiture:
If, for any reason, a prize is forfeited, then the applicable prize will not be awarded, and the potential prize winner will not have any claim against the Game Entities or against any other person, firm or corporation with respect to the applicable prize or any matter related to the Game.
C. Eligibility Requirement for Claiming a Prize:
In order to claim a prize in the Game, a Participant must be the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date the Game Play is submitted or must be the parent/legal guardian of an Eligible Minor who is a potential prize winner.
If a potential winner is an Eligible Minor in their state of residence (i.e., AL, MS or NE), the applicable prize will be awarded in the name of that winner's parent/legal guardian who executes all documents and agrees to all obligations and undertakings of the potential (and of an actual) prize winner, both on behalf of themselves and the Eligible Minor. If the parent/legal guardian does not meet these conditions, the prize will be forfeited, the applicable prize will not be awarded in the Game and the prize claimant will not have any claim against the Game Entities or against any other person, firm or corporation in respect of the applicable prize or the Game, or any matter related to the Game.
8. The Prize Claim Process.
A. McDonald's Food Prizes:
Food Prize Claim: You must claim any Food Prize in your McDonald's App and you must be opted in to MyMcDonald's Rewards. Physical Food Prize Game Pieces will not be accepted at a McDonald's restaurant. A Food Prize must be redeemed via the McDonald's App by 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025. When you enter the Game Code from a Physical Game Piece or peel a Digital Game Piece in your My Game Account to claim the Prize, or you play the Bonus Play, and you receive a free McDonald's food or drink menu item (each, a "Food Prize"), then a "Deal" redeemable for the Food Prize will automatically be deposited in the Rewards & Deals section of your McDonald's App within approximately twenty-four hours. Once deposited into a Participant's Rewards & Deals section, the Food Prize can be redeemed in accordance with the Food Prize Terms immediately below.
Food Prize Terms: Valid only at participating McDonald's restaurants in the Territory. Food item availability varies by restaurant and by time of day. Prize valid for one use only. Only one Food Prize redemption is permitted per Participant per visit to a participating McDonald's restaurant, and it is not valid in combination with any other deals, offers, coupons or promotions. All visits to the same restaurant within a two-hour period are deemed to constitute a single visit. Some participating McDonald's restaurants may not offer a particular food item which is a Food Prize in the Game, or for some other reason that item may not be available. Delivery orders are subject to a delivery fee, service fee, small order fee (when applicable) and any taxes and fees required by law. Prize cannot be reproduced, transferred or used by anyone else. Valid during hours when the applicable Food Prize item is served at the applicable restaurant. No substitutions. May not be valid for custom orders. Extra charges may apply for additional or substituted ingredients/toppings or other customization.
B. MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Prizes:
MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Claim: Active MyMcDonald's Rewards account required. A MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Prize must be claimed via the McDonald's App by 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025. When you enter the Game Code from a Physical Game Piece or peel a Digital Game Piece to claim the Prize, or you play the Bonus Play, and receive MyMcDonald's Rewards points (the "MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Prize"), the MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Prize will automatically be deposited to your McDonald's App account within approximately twenty-four hours.
MyMcDonald's Rewards Points Prize Terms: Points expire on the first day of the month after the sixth month from the date such points were earned, except where prohibited by law. Points are not assignable or transferrable between accounts or otherwise, and points cannot be combined across accounts, regardless of who registered the account. Limit one redemption per order. C. Cash Prizes below $600:
You must complete the Prize Claim Process by 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025. To begin the Prize Claim Process, tap on "Claim Prize" in your My Game Account or click on "Claim Prize" in the navigation bar. All cash prizes up to five hundred dollars will be payable by e-transfer via PayPal or Zelle® in U.S. Dollars. If you do not currently have an account, you will need to set up a free PayPal or Zelle® account before you claim a cash prize. Find instructions in your prize email and in FAQs. During the claim process, you will need to indicate whether you wish to receive the Prize via PayPal or Zelle®. You must also correctly provide your first and last name and email address connected to your payment account. There is no financial charge for any of the payment methods when standard delivery is used. Once payment is completed, no changes can be made. A cash prize over $500 will be payable via check or wire transfer.
D. Claim a Non-Food Prize $25 and Under (except the $20 Uber Eats and $25 DoorDash prizes):
If your valid Game Play results in winning a prize valued at $25 or less, you will receive a prize email with the redemption code and/or the website link to claim the prize directly from the Prize Partner.
E. Claim a Non-Food Prize $26 – $599 or the $20 Uber Eats and $25 DoorDash prizes:
If you are a potential winner of a Non-Food Prize that has an ARV between $26 and $599, or the $20 Uber Eats and $25 DoorDash prizes, you must claim the prize via the McDonald's App by 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025. Start by selecting "Claim Prizes" in the navigation bar to follow the instructions to begin the Prize Claim Process necessary to claim the potential prize. The Participant must select "Claim Prize"; read carefully, and in full, the Privacy Policy, Official Rules and Terms & Conditions; and click continue, acknowledging that they will comply with the Official Rules and Terms & Conditions. The Participant must then confirm or correct their auto-filled first name, enter their last name, phone number (including area code) and complete mailing address including apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP. Then, the Participant must review and confirm the accuracy of all the information submitted by selecting "Submit". Entry of an incomplete and/or incorrect address will delay the prize verification process. If an incomplete and/or incorrect address cannot be resolved, the prize may be forfeited.
If the prize claim is correctly completed, the prize claim will be verified by the Redemption Center and the prize claimant will receive an email at the email address registered in the McDonald's App with instructions to receive the prize at the Prize Partner's website or at another location or via another method as noted in the instructions, or the prize will ship to the address provided during the Prize Claim Process for delivery in approximately four to six weeks.
F. Claim an Instant Win or Collect to Win Prize $600 and Above:
Follow the claim instructions in this section to begin the Prize Claim Process in the McDonald's App. You will be required to complete a Declaration and Release Form as described below to complete the Prize Claim Process and be eligible to receive the prize. All prizes valued at six hundred dollars and higher require a Declaration and Release and an IRS W-9 Form. A potential winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is an Eligible Minor) will receive the prize notification/prize claim document via DocuSign, then must complete the prize claim document via DocuSign by December 8, 2025. If you are claiming a prize with one or more potentially winning Physical Game Pieces, then print and return the completed Declaration and Release and the IRS W-9 Form along with your original Physical Game Piece(s) by mail to the Redemption Center for receipt by December 8, 2025.
G. Claim a Cash Prize Over $600:
You must complete the Prize Claim Process by 11:59:59 p.m. LT on November 23, 2025. To begin the Prize Claim Process, tap on "Claim Prize" in your My Game Account or click on "Claim Prize" in the navigation bar. All cash prizes over $600 will be payable via check or wire transfer in U.S. Dollars.
H. No Printer?
If you do not have a printer and are unable to download and/or print the Declaration and Release sent to you by email, tap on the button on the prize claim screen and follow the instructions to have a Declaration and Release and IRS W-9 Form mailed to you. Please submit your request for a mailed Declaration and Release as soon as possible. Regardless of when requested, the Declaration and Release and IRS W-9 Form must be completed and returned with any required Physical Game Pieces to the Redemption Center for receipt by December 8, 2025.
A potential winner must ensure that any required Game Materials are actually received by the Redemption Center by December 8, 2025. In the case of prizes that require submission of Game Materials, Participants will not be considered winners of the prizes until the Game Materials are verified by the Redemption Center.
I. Prize Verification/Notification:
In addition to other Game Materials required by these Official Rules, in order for a Participant to validly claim a prize, in its sole discretion, the Redemption Center may ask a Participant to provide further documentation during the verification process. The nature and extent of such documentation shall be at the sole discretion of the Redemption Center for the purposes, among other things, of confirming the Participant's eligibility and their compliance with these Official Rules. Without limitation, that documentation may involve proof of employment history to confirm eligibility and/or a form of government-issued photo identification (e.g., valid driver's license). A potential prize winner may be requested to consent to a confidential background check, conducted by or through the Redemption Center, to help the Sponsor ensure that the Sponsor's use of such Participant in advertising or publicity will not bring the Sponsor or a Prize Partner into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Game or the Sponsor or on a Prize Partner. Sponsor reserves the right to refrain from conducting any advertising or publicity associated with any winner for any reason.
Game Materials sent by a Participant to the Redemption Center will be reviewed by the Redemption Center to verify the Participant's compliance with the Official Rules and to verify that the Participant is making a valid prize claim. After the Redemption Center has completed its review of a potential prize winner's Game Materials, the Redemption Center will then notify the Participant they are either:
"not verified" as having won the applicable prize, and that the applicable prize is forfeited. In addition to any other event or situation referred to in these Official Rules which results in, or may result in, forfeiture of a prize, forfeiture of a prize will occur if the potential prize winner does not submit the original potential winning Physical Game Piece or all of the original potential winning Physical Game Pieces that comprise a Winning Combination, along with the required Game Materials for verification (when required). Note: Neither the Game Entities (including the Prize Partners) nor any other person or entity shall be liable or responsible for any failure on the part of a Participant to correctly follow, in full, the redemption instructions and procedures contained in or provided for pursuant to these Official Rules; or
"verified" as having won the applicable prize. Any potential prize winner who is verified as a winner of a prize will receive:
either an email with the redemption code and/or the website link to claim the prize directly from the Prize Partner by the deadline indicated;
a shipment of the prize from the Prize Partner or the Redemption Center; or
notification of next steps concerning how to select/receive the applicable prize.
9. Prize Conditions/Limitations/Restrictions.
Rule 9.A. and 9.B., below, provide additional terms, conditions, requirements and details applicable to particular prizes or prize types. These Rules are in addition to—and not in limitation of—any other provisions of these Official Rules that apply to such prizes.
A. Travel Prizes:
Except where the description in these Official Rules expressly specifies otherwise, travel and other prize arrangements will be determined by Sponsor or Prize Partner (where applicable) in their discretion. Prize winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for having (and producing if/as required) any necessary travel-related documents (including valid government-issued photo ID and/or any required passport or visa and/or any properly completed and sworn parental consent form or forms) prior to departure, as well as fulfilling any/all travel and security requirements (including but not limited to any shots, medical tests or other health requirements necessary to visit certain destinations and any quarantine requirements that may be required). Each guest will be required to execute a guest release prior to the issue of any travel documents. Sponsor or the applicable Prize Partner may or may not (in their sole discretion) permit winner's guest to be a minor for a particular prize. In the event a minor guest is permitted to participate as a guest on a prize trip or event, guest release must be executed by the minor's parent or legal guardian. Any and all costs/fees (including, but not limited to, departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, luggage fees and the costs of transportation between winner's home and departure airport) and expenses not expressly stated as being included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded and any difference will not be refunded. No insurance whatsoever is provided as part of the prize or furnished by the Sponsor or Prize Partner, and obtaining any insurance, such as (but not limited to) travel insurance, cancellation insurance, trip delay, health, accident or medical insurance, and property or luggage loss or other damage insurance is the sole responsibility of the prize winner and at the sole cost of the prize winner and that prize winner's guest(s). Air travel (if provided as part of the prize) will be round-trip (originate from and end at the same airport), economy-class from and to an airport selected by Prize Partner. Reservations must be made and tickets issued prior to travel. Tickets may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Sponsor or Prize Partner(s) reserve the right in their respective sole discretion to designate all flight/travel particulars and route or routes (as the case may be). Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. No Game Entities will be liable for any missed opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/travel restrictions/delay or ground transportation delay. Sponsor and/or Prize Partner make no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to safety, or performance, of the trip/travel services package or any component thereof. If a winner (and/or the winner's guest(s)) is/are not able to participate in any portion of a travel prize for any reason (including, without limitation, inability or unwillingness to travel on Sponsor/Prize Partner required dates and times), that prize (or the unused portion thereof) may be forfeited and will not be substituted for cash or in any other way. Hotel accommodations, if provided as part of a travel prize, will be at a hotel selected by Sponsor or Prize Partner in its sole discretion. Prize winners may be required to provide a current valid major credit card at time of hotel check-in to cover incidentals, and any and all costs, fees and expenses not expressly stated as being included in the Prize description. Restrictions and/or blackout dates may apply to some travel Prizes. Once a winner has identified a guest in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules, that guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor and/or Prize Partner, which consent may be withheld for any reason. Each travel prize winner (and in consideration of being permitted by the Sponsor to participate in the travel prize, each guest) agrees to maintain their dress, behavior and comportment in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with the travel related to the travel prize and in connection with participation in any prize-related event or activity. Travel prize winners and their guest(s) understand and agree that the Sponsor and, when applicable, Prize Partner has/have the right, in its/their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a prize winner or any guest from any travel at any time if that winner or guest's behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive or may or does cause damage to person, property or the reputation of the Sponsor, Prize Partner and/or any third party, or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor, Prize Partner or both. The prize winner is entirely and solely responsible for the behavior and comportment of their guest(s). Event/admission tickets provided as part of the Prize, if any, may be subject to their own additional terms and conditions imposed by the issuer, event organizer and/or venue operator, all as set forth on the ticket or materials provided with the ticket.
If a travel prize includes airfare, but the winner of such prize resides within one hundred and fifty miles of the prize destination, Sponsor or Prize Partner may—in its sole discretion—substitute ground transportation or a reasonable stipend to offset the cost of ground transportation in lieu of airfare and, in such case, airfare will not be awarded and winner will not receive the difference in cost between the portion of the ARV allotted for airfare and the actual cost of ground transport or the ground-transportation stipend.
Note: No travel Prize winner or any of their guest(s) may sell, transfer or dispose of any part of any travel Prize to any other person without the Sponsor's and/or Prize Partner's prior written consent which may be withheld in their sole discretion.
Specific travel Prizes may be subject to their own additional terms and conditions as specified in the applicable prize description (above) and below:
Universal Trip Prize Conditions.
Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates and other Trip Prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty days prior to intended departure date. If a verified winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their Trip Prize with fewer than the allotted number of guests or no guests, the Trip Prize will be awarded to verified winner and each participating guest, and any remainder of the Trip Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Trip Prize must be claimed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If verified winner is between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one, they must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of verified winner or one of the allotted guests, each guest must be eighteen years of age or older as of the date of departure and all guests must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the verified winner. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal. Travel, entertainment and theme park tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. All the tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Universal reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. Unless otherwise noted, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed "hard ticket" entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live®. Verified winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the Prize. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all disputes, claims and causes of action against Universal Orlando Resort arising out of or relating to any person's use of or participation in the UO Trip or involving Universal Orlando Resort shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys' fees. Please be advised that Universal's policies, CDC guidelines and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to infectious disease such as COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Prize Conditions. Prize/trip is not transferrable. No cash value. Black-out dates apply: Dec. 20, 2025 – Jan. 4, 2026. Trip must be completed by Dec. 15, 2026, or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be round-trip. Trip must be booked at least sixty days prior to intended departure date. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their Prize with fewer than the allotted number of guests or no guests, the Prize will be awarded to winner and each participating guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Unless child or ward of verified winner or one of the allotted guests, each guest must be eighteen years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth in the Prize description; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, security charges, personal charges while lodging, gratuities or other expenses. Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or other tax obligations related to the Prize. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the trip prize is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted.
Additional conditions and restrictions for specific attractions/experiences provided as part of the KSCVC trip Prize may apply (including minimum age and height requirements) as described in materials provided to the winner, other communications from Prize Partner or on the .
Coke Experiences. There is no substitution for any Prize or Prize component (except as permitted by Prize Partner and Sponsor as specified in Rule 9.C. below). For some Experience Prizes, age restrictions may apply. If a winner is unable to travel on Sponsor or Prize Partner-required dates commensurate with the event or cannot attend the event/experience due to age restrictions or any other reason, the winner will (subject to verification) receive the gift card that they can use in their sole discretion, but no substitution for the event tickets or music experience (as applicable) will be provided and winner will forfeit the value of those Prize components. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or otherwise traded for value. Winner is solely responsible for booking and paying for all travel, lodging, ground transportation, food and other expenses associated with traveling to and attending the Prize experience, and Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the gift card component of the Prize will be sufficient to entirely cover all such expenses, nor any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of acceptance of the prize. Tickets may be awarded physically or digitally; neither Sponsor nor Prize Partner has any obligation or liability to winner or any guest of winner for tickets that are lost, stolen, used without authorization or not received by winner due to incorrect mailing/contact/transfer information provided by winner. Winner and any guest are responsible for complying with all of the conditions listed in Rule 9.A. generally applicable to travel/event Prizes.
In connection with Coke Experience Prizes (42) Coca-Cola Music Experience Prize No. 6 (TN Festival) and (43) Coca-Cola Music Experience Prize No. 7 (Chicago Festival) Prize Terms, collectively ("Festivals"):
Festival Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Festival Entities (defined below) which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of applicable Festival under the winner's name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen years of age and must abide by all venue and each applicable Festival policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Festival Entities reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Festival Entities into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to , and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of each applicable Festival. Should the Festival be canceled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
B. Vehicle Prize Conditions:
Polaris Prize Conditions.
The Polaris Inc.® dealership will make arrangements with the winner to take delivery and ownership of the Polaris Prize. The winner must take delivery no later than four weeks after the dealership informs the winner that the Polaris Prize is available for delivery, failing which the Polaris Prize will be forfeited. If, despite reasonable efforts to contact a winner of this Polaris Prize, no such contact has been made, the Polaris Prize will be forfeited. To take delivery of the Polaris Prize, the winner is responsible for paying the cost of any license, title and/or registration fees. The dealership will provide the winner with any applicable forms (if any) required in their state of residence. To take delivery of the Polaris Prize, the winner must possess and produce to the applicable dealership any valid operator's license(s) and proof(s) of insurance which is/are required in the state in which the Polaris Prize winner resides. The winner also must be prepared to transport the Polaris Prize from the dealership to their home, and the winner is solely responsible for any cost(s) and any loss or damage to any person, property or the Polaris Prize related or due to transportation, use or misuse of the Polaris Prize. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses, registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Polaris Prize.
Jeep® Grand Cherokee (Limited) Vehicle Prize Conditions.
Without limiting any other provision of these Official Rules, the following conditions apply to the Jeep® Grand Cherokee (Limited) Prizes (each a " Jeep® Vehicle Prize"): ARV of the Jeep® Vehicle Prize includes freight and handling and excludes tax, title and license charges as of date of printing of these Official Rules. Any difference between the value stated herein and the value at time of prize redemption will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Once verified as a winner, Prize Partner will contact winner to facilitate Prize winner receiving and taking delivery of Jeep® Vehicle Prize from the designated authorized Jeep® Brand dealer. Prize winner must take delivery of the Jeep® Vehicle Prize from the designated authorized Jeep® Brand dealer (or winner's residence if winner lives more than one hundred miles from a dealership) within thirty days after the date the Jeep® Vehicle Prize is delivered to such dealer and no later than May 31, 2026, or the Jeep® Vehicle Prize may (in Prize Partner's sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Prize winner. Jeep® Vehicle Prize includes dual pane sunroof, Luxury Tech Group and Trailer Tow option packages and choice of color (all packages and options subject to availability). All details of the Jeep® Vehicle Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Prize Partner in its sole discretion. Prize Partner reserves the right to substitute package, trim level, options or model year for any reason in Prize Partner's sole discretion. Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Jeep® Vehicle Prize; failure to show same may result in Prize forfeiture. All costs and expenses not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Prize winner, including all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, upgrades and options not specified herein, and other fees associated with taking possession and ownership of the Jeep® Vehicle Prize. Except as stated in the manufacturer's limited warranty for the Jeep® Vehicle Prize, the Jeep® Vehicle Prize includes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other Game materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Jeep® Vehicle Prize may vary from prize pictured. Jeep is a registered trademark of FCA US LLC. ARV: $52,475. Jeep® Vehicle Prize cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. Winner may be required (at FCA US LLC's sole and absolute discretion) to sign the delivering Jeep dealership's applicable sales agreement confirming (among other things) acceptance of the applicable Jeep® Prize Vehicle.
Winnebago Prizes.
The following additional terms apply to the 2026 Winnebago® View® 24D RV and 2026 Winnebago® Thrive 18FBS Travel Trailer Prizes (each a "Winnebago Prize"):
The color and other specifics of the Winnebago Prizes will be determined at the sole discretion of Winnebago Industries, Inc. and are subject to availability. Winnebago Prizes must be accepted as described in these Official Rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize (including another vehicle that is offered by Winnebago Industries, Inc.) or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and costs/expenses that are associated with receipt, possession or use of the Winnebago Prize and that are not included in the applicable Winnebago Prize description in these Official Rules, including but not limited to registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicles. The winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, local and foreign taxes and/or sales tax associated with the Winnebago Prize and will receive a Form 1099 from Winnebago Industries, Inc. for the value of the Prize. In the event a Winnebago Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Winnebago Industries, Inc. reserves the right to substitute the Winnebago Prize for any prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the advertised value of the Winnebago Prize and the ARV will not be awarded. Each Winnebago Prize will be subject to availability and any other restrictions as determined in the sole discretion of Winnebago Industries, Inc. as well as Sponsor. Winner must show proof of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in order to collect the Winnebago Prize. Winnebago Prizes must be taken possession of by the applicable winner in accordance with the procedures and by the deadlines established in these Official Rules and any other communications from Prize Partner or Sponsor.
C. General Prize Terms and Conditions For All Prizes:
Without limiting any other provision of these Official Rules:
Any and all costs and expenses applicable to the acceptance, possession or use of any prize that are not expressly identified in the applicable prize description in these Official Rules as included as part of that prize are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize; and
All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state and/or local income taxes and/or sales tax) on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are solely the responsibility of each winner. If required by law, Sponsor and the applicable Prize Partner reserve the right to report the value of any prize received by a winner and to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any taxes due.
All details, specifications and other restrictions related to any prize that are not expressly set forth in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor or Prize Partner, as applicable, and in each's sole discretion. If, for any reason, a verified prize winner cannot or does not accept a prize as described in these Official Rules, then that prize will be forfeited in its entirety, the prize will not be awarded in the Game and the verified prize winner will not have any claim against the Game Entities or against any other person, firm or corporation in respect of the applicable prize or the Game, or any matter related to the Game. Any difference between the approximate retail value stated in these Official Rules and the actual value of a prize as-awarded will not be awarded. No prize may be sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash or otherwise transferred, provided that—notwithstanding any other provision in these Official Rules—Sponsor reserves the right, for any reason and in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize or any component of any prize with a prize or component of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.
10. Verification.
All prize claims and/or prize claim documents (which may include potential winning Game Pieces) are subject to verification by the Redemption Center. Participants should not show or give any other potential Instant Win Prize Game Piece to any McDonald's employee or franchisee. Game Pieces and Game Codes are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through legitimate channels, as established by these Official Rules. If any part of any Game Piece or Game Code is counterfeited, generated via any parties or means other than the Game Entities, illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way; if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors or discrepancies; or if it comes from other games or promotions, the Game Piece or Game Code contained on any of same, as applicable, will be deemed void. The sole responsibility and liability for any invalid or irregular Game Code or Game Piece (in circumstances where the Participant holding such Game Code or Game Piece is not suspected of fraud, counterfeiting or other misdeed) is replacement with another randomly selected Game Code or Game Piece while supplies last. Replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Game, including, without limitation, determinations regarding the validity of Game Pieces, Game Codes and other prize claim documents submitted for verification. Only original Game Pieces with "2025 U.S. Monopoly" artwork distributed in the Territory will be accepted for verification. Any person attempting to forge prize claim documents or defraud McDonald's or any of the Game Entities (see Rule 11) in any way in connection with this Game may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted under the law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Participant, the Game play or prize claim in question will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account for the email address provided at the time of My Game Account creation, provided that person is eligible to participate in this Game. The authorized account holder for an email account shall be the natural person to whom the applicable email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's sole satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
11. General Release and Conditions of Participation.
Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of prize claim documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate. ("Live Nation"); C3 Presents, LLC landlords or licensors (related to the Lolla Festival), if any; Caring & Daring, LLC; Lollapalooza, LLC; Chicago Park District; the City of Chicago; Axis Nation, LLC and landlords or licenses (related to the Bonnaroo), if any; Festival Holdings, LLC; New Era Farms, LLC; New Era Farms II, LLC; AC Entertainment, LLC; ACSH-JV, LLC; Axis Holdings, LLC; Axis Times, LLC; and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates and employees (collectively with Live Nation "Festival Entities") are not responsible for: (a) incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, non-delivered or postage-due submissions of prize claim documents or Game materials, or any mail whether caused by Participants, wireless carriers, Internet Service Providers ("ISP") or unauthorized human intervention; (b) any damage to a Participant's or other person's computer system or Mobile Device which is caused or occasioned by accessing the McDonald's App, the , any other site or app in any way related to the Game, or by participating or attempting to participate in the Game in any way; (c) technical difficulties or failures of any kind including, but not limited to lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet, Mobile Device or Wireless Service Providers, website, app or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Game; (d) miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, dropped, interrupted, lost, non-delivered or misdirected computer, telephone, Mobile Device, email (including email directed to spam filters), mobile or cable transmissions or hardware or software or program or programming malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including, but not limited to: malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in transmissions or connections, phone lines, network hardware or software, computers, equipment, programming, errors, cable, satellite, cellular tower or ISP or wireless carriers; (e) any technical malfunctions, failures or difficulties, printing errors, color discrepancies, clerical, typographical or other errors in any Game Pieces or Game Codes or printed copy or artwork, any prize offering announcement or any prize claim documents; (f) any errors or failures of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, interruption of power, digital, mobile or technical in nature, or unauthorized human intervention; (g) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the McDonald's App, any Participant or third party, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, the Game; or (h) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture or loss of any information. Entries and prize claim documents submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor shall not be responsible to correspond with Participants. By participating in the Game, each Participant hereby releases and agrees to hold the Game Entities and Festival Entities harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or any Game-related activity, or the receipt, use or misuse of any Game-related prize. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim said prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said prize. By submitting any potential prize claim and/or prize claim documents, each verified winner hereby agrees and grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to the use of their name, voice and likeness, along with their address (city and state) and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the world for advertising, commercial and promotional purposes in connection with the Game and other promotions without further compensation (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Game Entities and Festival Entities from any liability with respect thereto.
12. Disclaimer Of Warranties.
The Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize in connection with the Game. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the Game Entities hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply.
13. Miscellaneous.
A. Disqualification:
It is the Participant's sole responsibility to ensure that they have complied in full with all conditions and requirements contained in these Official Rules. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, may be prohibited from further participation and the prize forfeited. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated, third party or other automated or robotic entries or other Game participation/play, in whole or in part, will be accepted. Entries or other Game participation/play made by any individual or any entity other than the Participant and/or originating by any other mechanism, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription, notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Game. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry/play process or the operation of the Game; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
B. Force Majeure/Printing and Production Errors:
Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Game, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Game or Game Materials in any way, if it determines in its sole discretion, that a Game Piece(s), Game Code(s), Game Materials and/or prize claim documents reflect printing or other errors or if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Game is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or errors (including, without limitation, computer viruses or other deleterious programs or materials, glitches or printing or production errors) have destroyed or severely undermined the proper play, integrity and/or feasibility of the Game. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Game as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made health epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Game. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, due to printing, digital, computer programming, hardware or software, or production errors or for any reason, more potential winners in any prize category come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize as set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s) in that prize category. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Participant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances and no more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
C. Invalidity:
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for ease of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in writing by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. McDonald's restaurant employees or franchisees are not authorized to modify or amend these Official Rules.
D. Governing Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations as between Participant and the Game Entities in connection with the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's or jurisdiction's laws.
E. Language Discrepancy:
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the Spanish language version of these Official Rules or any Game Materials, the English version shall prevail, govern and control.
F. Privacy:
Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, Participants' contact information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Game will be used by Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor's .
14. Arbitration.
By participating in this Game, each Participant agrees that:
1. any claim, dispute (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) that McDonald's may have with you, or that you may have with McDonald's, any member of the McDonald's system (which, for these purposes, includes the Game Entities), arising from or related to the Game, the awarding or redemption of prizes, or the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and conducted before a single arbitrator using the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules and, if applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules ("Rules and Procedures");
2. this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16;
3. prior to you or McDonald's initiating arbitration by filing a Demand for Arbitration with the AAA, you and McDonald's will engage in the informal dispute resolution process outlined in this paragraph. First, the party interested in pursuing a dispute related to the online services must give written notice to the other party of the party's intent to initiate an informal dispute resolution conference (the "Notice"). The Notice shall contain: (1) the initiating party's name; (2) the initiating party's mailing address, email address and phone number; (3) a description of the nature of the basis for the dispute; and (4) the specific relief sought. If you are the initiating party, the Notice must be sent via email to:
[email protected]. Second, within 60 days of the non-initiating party's receipt of the Notice, or at a later date if you and McDonald's mutually agree to enlarge the 60-day period, the parties shall make a good-faith attempt to resolve their dispute by participating in a live telephone call or videoconference. If you are represented by counsel, your attorney(s) may participate in the dispute resolution conference, but you must be present and must participate in the conference as well. Engaging in this informal dispute resolution process is a prerequisite to commencing arbitration. Any applicable statute of limitations period and all arbitration filing fee deadlines shall be tolled from the date that a fully complete Notice is received by the other party to and including the date the dispute resolution conference is held;
4. if, during the informal dispute resolution process described in subpart 3 above, McDonald's makes a written offer to resolve the parties' dispute pursuant to which McDonald's will provide all the relief sought in your Notice, including paying you the full amount of your alleged damages set forth therein, you understand that an Arbitrator will have the right to award arbitration fees against you should the Arbitrator decide that you were unreasonable in continuing to pursue the matter despite McDonald's offer;
5. if, following the informal dispute resolution process described in subpart 3 above, either you or McDonald's decides to file a Demand for Arbitration with the AAA, the demand must include: (1) the name and contact information of the party initiating arbitration; (2) the legal claims being asserted; (3) a detailed explanation of the factual basis for those claims; and (4) a detailed explanation of both the nature and the amount of the relief sought. Filing a demand that does not include the above information may result in the rejection of your Demand for Arbitration;
6. the arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the AAA under its rules and procedures (provided such location is reasonably convenient to you), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed to by you and McDonald's or other members of the McDonald's system;
7. the arbitrator's decision shall be based on these terms and any of the other agreements referenced herein that you may have entered into in connection with the online services;
8. unless doing so would violate applicable law, the arbitrator shall apply Illinois law consistent with the FAA, and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law;
9. no claims shall be arbitrated on a class or representative basis as you and McDonald's hereby waive the right to assert claims in any class or representative action; arbitration will therefore only decide the individual claims of you and McDonald's; it is agreed that the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of any other person or party to an arbitration between you and McDonald's under this provision;
10. you and McDonald's empower the arbitrator with the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability or enforceability of these terms or formation of this contract, including the arbitrability of any dispute and any claim that all or any part of these terms are void or voidable;
11. in the event that the administrative fees, arbitrator fees and filing fees associated with the arbitration exceed $225 USD, McDonald's agrees to pay any such administrative, arbitrator and filing fees exceeding $225 on your behalf, subject to ultimate allocation by the arbitrator. If you can demonstrate that the cost of initiating your claims in a court of law would be less than $225, McDonald's will pay the portion of the administrative, arbitrator and filing fees that exceed the demonstrated cost of initiating your claims in court. In addition, if you can demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, McDonald's will pay as much of your fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive;
12. if more than 1,000 arbitration demands are filed against McDonald's relating to substantially the same business decision or underlying facts by individuals who followed the procedures set forth in subsections 3 and 5 above and are represented by the same counsel or coordinated counsel, and if no substantive ruling has been made in an arbitration between you and McDonald's relating to that decision or those facts, then both you and McDonald's have the unilateral right to opt out of this arbitration provision and have your dispute heard in state court in DuPage County, Illinois or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois by sending a written notice to the other party; and
13. with the exception of subparts 9 and 12 above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein. If, however, either or both of subparts 9 and 12 above are found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither McDonald's nor you shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. In such event, you agree to bring any and all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the online services in either the state courts of DuPage County, Illinois or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. If litigation ensues for any reason, both you and McDonald's agree to waive any right to a trial by jury. Further, notwithstanding any other language in this arbitration provision, neither you nor McDonald's shall be precluded from seeking remedies in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of its jurisdiction. Finally, this arbitration provision is reciprocally binding on all parties, such that both you and McDonald's are required to arbitrate their claims against one another. 15. Official Rules.
The Official Rules will be available at participating McDonald's restaurants in the Territory until November 23, 2025. To obtain a copy of the Official Rules, go to the to review or download by June 30, 2026.
16. Winners List.
A list of Official Winners of prizes with values that exceed twenty-five dollars ("List") will be posted for reviewing and/or downloading at the on or about January 2026, when the Game is officially over, and the prizes have been verified and awarded, and will remain available until June 30, 2026.

I was just thinking to myself today that McDonald's is the only chain that I have come across where the only option is to order by app (they have done away with ordering online, if they ever had that option).Their volume of customers does not seem to care. But I may have to delete all my other apps and start ordering online from the other chains to free up space if I were to participate in this game.
McDonald's is trying to be innovative (even if there are issues).
