I have about 8 Hyper scooters and do 68mph with no helmet or pads and zero issues!

Watch some POV videos of guys on these messing around. The acceleration with 5000 7000 W per wheel it's like putting handlebars on a jet engine. Just try and hang on. They are shady AF.

seems like a good price for something this well made even if it looks weird. Can it really do 60 MPH, I don't know. it has wider wheels and the wheels hold air not to mention shocks front and rear. Road imperfections should be better than the scooter I have but it you catch a pot hole it could really mess you up. Just saying. Motorcycles have bigger tires and would handle pot holes better, but also you are riding at 60 mph so the wheels may not dip so much in a pot hole either. The faster you go the less the scooter will drop while going across the pot hole. I have an old scooter that can only go about 18 mph and the scooter is kind of twitchy if you turn the handlebars, I hope this one is better. Would love to get one of these but I would have to get insurance on the device and I guess a license plate for anything this fast in NJ. It would be really cool to have one and try it out. The color scheme could be better.
