Redditers have received offer for another free BYOD line ID250385. Check your emails and T-Life to see if you qualify.

YMMV. If you qualify, you can add it without changing your plan. This is BYOD only; financing a phone is not recommended and you may lose your free line promotion.

Got on T-Force on FB and waited an hour for a response and they said I don't qualify. Called the number and had a free line added in less than 10 minutes from dialing to hanging up.
Did you receive the free line discount enrollment text message? Or has the free line ID 250385 showed up at your online account?

I had just started Tmobile service on Sunday, ported in 4 lines from US mobile with the Experience Beyond plan. The 5th line I had, was still with US mobile on a discounted promo line. I called the number for Tmobile, did the port and got the free line, only paid 10 bucks for activation. Ported over in about an hour and shocked I was given the promo (though it did take CS rep to get approval) Slick Deal!

My 15 year old Go5G Plus account with 1 free line is never qualified for these

Edit: I didn't receive any email nor was able to locate the ad in T-life app, but I called (833) 579-2247 and asked the rep if my account qualifies. The rep confirmed that it does and they charged $10 activation fee and now the physical SIM is on its way to me. They didn't ask for an IMEI or anything, they only needed my billing and shipping info.
My 7 year old Go5G Plus Military account with 1 free line is never qualified for these either.

Like you, I tried to call but no luck for me here

For folks pointing out that Go5G Plus came out in 2023, we were grandfather plans that got (forced) free upgrade to Go5G plus recently.

called and enquired about the line. rep said I didn't qualify but being that I was merged from Sprint and offered two kickstart lines that would be similar to cost as what I'm paying currently for one line. is this a good deal? I said I would think about it. right now I'm paying 80 for one line after all is said and done. rep said it would be two Kickstarter lines for around the same cost. but my question to those in the know. would taxes and fees actually make it higher into the 60 per line?

Is this a physical SIM only deal? I couldn't convert this to an e-SIM I assume?

Take it anyway unless it'll charge you taxes I suppose. You never know what you could use it for. Many people use their free lines for friends or relatives phone use or as a travel hotspot, or even their main internet in a configured router.
