I've been running an RTX 3090 (which is 350W TDP) alongside an 5700X, using a 650W PSU with zero issues. Assuming around 100W for the CPU (that's what I capped my CPU at), that's 450W of TDP for the CPU and GPU, which means 200W of PSU headroom for everything else in the computer, which is way, way more than enough.

The RTX 5070 Ti has a TDP of only 320W, even less than my 3090, so 650W will definitely be more than enough.

I am using a 650w seasonic with it no problem. Uses a max of about 300 watts in my testing, fewer if you undervolt
