I love Knipex quality and I even have use for circlip pliers occasionally. But why would I need more than two?

They are for different sizes clips, they have different hole sizes for the tool to go into

The kit has 2 sizes with inside straight, inside right-angle, outside straight, outside right-angle for each size.

I would grab this if the icon set at HF wasn't less than half the cost.. icon isn't knipex quality but if an icon one fails you can carry it back to HF and get a replacement. Snap ring pliers are one of those tools where there really isn't a substitute. You just have to have it.

So true...plus I feel snap-ring pliers will eventually fail with enough stress and usage...nice to have a local store to warranty them out. Love me some Knipex but I don't love the price for a tool I seldom use. If you use these all the time maybe it's worth the coin...just like Snap-on, MAC, and other high end tools.
