CONS
* The listing shows a very deceptive flashlight beam. What you actually get is a telephoto spotlight. I measured off 30 feet, and at that distance the bright beam was only about 20 inches across. IMO, this is a bad flashlight (unless you need to focus light at a long distance). Walking through the woods, you'd have to wave it back and forth to avoid tripping over a rock or a root.

I was backpacking on the beach another time, and my phone died. I didn't bring another battery, but this lantern was able to charge my phone a couple times. Side note - there was a tsunami warning on the beach and I had to move my campsite in the middle of the night. Even on low battery these lanterns did the job.
