I bought one 3 weeks ago when it was posted. Arrived in about a week with sturdy packaging. Be sure to have a way to get rid of a big pallet and large boxes. I already submitted a warranty ticket after an airbag connection let go. After a short email conversation, I just added a zip tie and it seems to be holding. It did take them a week to reply to the support ticket. Biggest regret is I wish I could try all the models prior to purchase. I will say this brand looks better constructed than others on the youtube videos after taking it half apart to make the repair.

Bought a titan Optimus chair from them a few years back and I use it daily. The rollers broke within the first year and they shipped the part and had a tech come out and fix it covered under warranty. Would buy from them again

Nobody talk about the pressure of the massage? Is it weak, medium or strong massage? anyone care to share their experience. I have bought an off brand massage chair from amazon and i can barely feel im getting a massage even on highest pressure setting. Thanks in advance

I have this chair, I bought from Costco over 2 years ago for $2k. It is fantastic, but has some quirks I wish they had better instructions.

If the chair starts making weird air noises in the legs as if the pump was clicking on and off. Unplug the chair and put it back in. There is a weird bug where it doesn't go all the way down and messes up the system.

I've had the leg cushions come incorrectly wired and they had to send me an entire new foot section.

Customer service is tedious, I definitely recommend calling as their email CS was really bad.

I would buy it again and recommend it at this price.

I don't have this exact model but I do have an Osaki chair from an earlier deal - Osaki Pro OS-3D Opulent.
The massage pressure is hard and the rollers are hard but this is the way it should be. As you use the chair, your body will get used to it and it will feel normal in a little while. If the chair felt "perfect" when you started using it, it would feel like nothing once you got used to it.

All of the roller pressure can be increased or decreased on the remote as well.

Just got mine yesterday, it was delivered 1 week from order, but I live about 400 miles from where it was shipped. The process was very smooth, the delivery was great. It is a very big chair that comes in 2 boxes on a pallet. The small box is the foot piece that weighs about 50 pounds. The main chair box is very heavy. I'm able to move big items, but had to use my furniture dolly and still had to fashion a ramp to get it up a 6 inch level change. The chair itself far exceeded my expectations. We got this for our anniversary. My wife thinks it's fantastic. I'm 6 foot 230 pounds and the chair adjusts itself after "scanning" your body, somehow. The directions are terrible. There isn't any information on the Bluetooth function, but it's pretty easy to figure out. For this price, it's a steal. I don't think I'd pay 4k for it, but it is super nice. It only took a few minutes to connect the foot part, lots of videos on that online. Hope this helps someone.

Yes, I'm in Texas and it shipped from the Dallas area, about 400 miles from my house. I called them and found out who the shipper was going to be, then called the local office for that shipper to get more information to plan for this, I knew it was going to be a big delivery box.
