Has anyone bought from this store and provide firsthand experience on shipping, delivery, reliability, etc? Please stop with the fake accounts and shills.
unfortunately SD is lately infested with those "I got it and it's been Great!" accounts lately.
surprised this site lasted as long as it did, it was a good run, but they are nearing that point where they monetize so hard and so dishonestly that only the dumbest will be left soon.
I like that this one uses a brushless motor, since that should mean a longer lifespan. I see a lot of people say 4D is the best, but also that both this and the SoHo can feel too strong. Can you dial a 4D chair down so it feels closer to this one?
It'll mainly be for my 5'0" wife, who loves massages and could really use it for stress relief, but I'm 5'6", so ideally we'd both fit comfortably. This model also seems newer than the SoHo II. Could a newer 3D chair actually be a better buy than an older 4D?
Any other tradeoffs or things I should think about before choosing between the two?

Delivery was fine (they use a third party obviously, but I can't remember who it was for me). The guy was super nice. It's supposed to be a threshold delivery, he offered to take it to the room on the same floor that I wanted. I refused, because I didn't have that room ready. The chair has wheels to move if you tip it the right way. It is definitely heavy, but if you're somewhat athletic or have help... you should be able to move it around.
As far as a the chair goes, I like it a lot but I don't LOVE it. There is this weird thing that it does with certain massage programs where it squeezes your feet then pulls your legs down,.. I think it is trying to massage your calves, but I swear I have to stop it every time to not risk injury. The remote is super basic. The heat setting is weak.
The chair is pretty large, so keep that in mind. Super easy to assemble. Haven't had any reliability issues with it yet. I do not use it every single day, however, so please take what I'm saying with that in mind.
Any other questions let me know, and I can try to help.
