The real question is do you wear plastic clothing like 99% of the population does. If you drink any non filtered water then that is where you are getting most of your micro plastics from.

Looks like 2S2A5YVQ still works, but only on the black color.

I'm never buying any silverware drawer made from plastic ever again. The repeated closing/opening of the drawer jostles around the knives and forks. The points of the forks and the blade of the knives rubs against the plastic, producing a fine plastic powder in my drawer.

I would rather not have microplastics on my utensils.

I do, I usually don't even care about microplastics. But generally microplastics are not visible to the naked eye. The plastic powder in my silverware drawer is very visible so at a minimum it is an annoying eyesore. IDK if it has any health effects.

Well none of it is good for us. Most people just forget we wear plastic clothes, wash them, then dump the water down for others to drink.

Who is drinking downstream of your wash water?

Not to argue your point, but we have a wood utensil divider that I bought years ago. Over time, the drawer activity has done the same thing - bits of shavings wear off and leaves a fine sawdust in the drawer. I'm not sure you can get away from the wear unless you replace it every few months.
