We had the style something like this without arms from Walmart, that we purchased a couple months ago and returned. The arm pads on this would definitely help out, the other one didn't feel right without a place to put your arms. The one we had did seem like nice quality, but the determining factor was it was way too big of a chair and we did not want to give up that much real estate on our deck for a chair.

I say on most Better Homes & Gardens posts - they make very decent furniture, would say better than Ikea, anything from Target, etc. When I see stuff like this I assume they will last only a few months or a hard storm or two but after owning a few different BHG items, I assume years, quality is surprisingly well FYI
