Tried looking through the docs/app doc and haven't found the answer. If the battery is drained and then AC mains is restored, does it auto restart in "on" state or do you need to manually turn on? Do you have to physically do so or can the app do it? What is the battery charge threshold before turning back on (eg it has to be at 7% before turning on and supplying power). Is there a name for this feature? Is it the same across all products or product specific?

I know my older ecoflow has a setitng for always on AC. So I am guessing it comes on when theecoflow gets charged.

I just bought a power station from Wellbots. Unfortunately, they did the same practice of sending you a FedEx tracking that was never used. 2 weeks of nothing (FedEx is waiting for the package) then all the sudden, a new tracking and arriving in 3 days. Their customer service email also got bounced.

That's only the extra battery not the Delta 2 itself (good price tho)

Wellbots frustrated me with my Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 purchase that I cancelled within 24hrs after ordering. Despite cancelling it before it shipped, they couldn't stop the actual order from shipping / leaving their warehouse and then said I couldn't get refunded unless I refused the order when it arrived. So I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive, which luckily I happened to be home at the time of its arrival, and refused it. Then they still charged me a 10% ($40) restocking fee lol. I'm so use to Amazon return treatment that it rubbed me the wrong way and I'll never buy from them again unless they fix their laggy ordering/shipment process. I own that I should have thought through the purchase more but the way it was handled felt outdated.

Anyways, just wanted to share my story with Wellbots. Make sure you are 100% committed to buying from them!
