i'm curious about this but bought it anyways since the green one sold out.
That said, it doesn't really matter unless you're actually cutting hair professionally. Even then, it's more about the fact that brushless is more energy efficient than the power of the motor. Everything else being equal, brushless will last longer on a charge and that's about it. That might matter if you're cutting hair all day, every day, but for the average at-home user, it's irrelevant since you'll go multiple cuts between charges.
I've been using an older (better reviewed) version of the all-metal KEMEI 1986 which looks nearly identical in configuration to the pink one in this post. I suspect that they're identical, along with probably a dozen+ Chinese clones. If they are, the motors are perfectly fine. The blades kind of suck, but they're good enough for for the task and if you don't like them, the clippers take the standard 2-screw Wahl blades; changing out the blades will make more of a difference than you'd ever notice between brushed and brushless clippers at this price point..
I went ahead and ordered a pink one for giggles. My KEMEI guards are all black, so having colorful guards will be nice. The blades aren't awful and more than sufficient for my use, so it's good to have another set. I might set the KEMEI at 50% charge and use the TPOB for a while.

Next time will grab more for future use. Also mine showed up brand new. Should've got the shavers at this price point
