It's gonna sound "tin-foil hat", but for years, they've been watering down the detergent so they can sell it in larger plastic bottles so oil companies can make more profit. But don't take my word for it, there's lots of interviews and video and news stories about it online.

I was referring to the extra water added, and it's in a bottle, saying instead of watered down soap, it was a bottle of water with soap in it. It was political satire.
