Good price (I think this is the lowest it's been). Couple of notes:
  1. SSD is m.2 SATA, not NVME
  2. You should definitely repartition and reinstall Windows (if that's what you're planning on running). Don't want any possible spyware. Driver package is available on Kamrui's Chinese (not American) site.

Would factory reset good enough or need to have a clean install by a usb drive? How to re-use the windows license? Can you post the website urlfor the driver? Thanks

I would not assume a factory reset would do it. Windows will automatically license after install. I found the drivers here [kamrui.store] by Googling kamrui support site.
