the knives suck and need constant sharpening. The knife block also chips away very easy and looks horrible after about 1 year.

This was my first set and was my experience as a frugal newlywed.

You can see some people reported in reviews as these are not rust proof. Though these are so cheap, I would pass.

I've been using these for several years and they certainly need sharpening often but they have held up!!

I came here because of a deal alert I have because I want to get rid of these exact knives. They 100% rust, they constantly need sharpening, and the fake full tang is made out of plastic and the handle is hollow so it gets water in them easily. Do yourself a favor and avoid these.

Victorious Fibrox Chef knife. The 8 inch go on sale every once in a while for about ~$35 on Amazon.

Edit: seems to go for ~$55 now.

Will rust even when hand washed and towel dried. These are terrible. The handles are hallow, so even if the knives are hand washed, water is trapped in the handle and drip down the blade causing rust. Needed to constantly be sharpened. Bought these pre-Covid, and with all these cutting corners, don't see how they could be any worse.
