How do you get refills ? I also notice in the ad it list the spices no pepper one of the most used condiments I'd say. If refills are easy and quality ingredients this is a pretty good deal. If I need to pay for shipping and or wait 2 weeks for shipping everytime I need a refill I'd pass.

It's through https://freespicerefills.com. The shipping cost is okay and the selection is pretty much what they have in the 20 rack with a few other spices. The amount you get per bag varies from .18 ounces to 2.28 ounces. If you're someone who uses a lot of spices, I think you're better off buying in bulk. The spices are packed in Massachusetts, so the shipping should be quick.
