In for four cans. Sometimes I have this for a snack. Just sprinkle a little salt on `em and chow down.

We call them steamed hams where I'm from.... it's a regional dialect.

If you have ever had fresh caught clams, these will be a letdown. We make 2-3 trips to Pismo Beach for claming every year and my gf always makes about 3 gallons of the Portuguese style chowder with fresh caught ling cod added too. Sourdough bread and wine or your favorite ale and it's heavenly. Serve this to your friends who love fresh seafood. It makes for a great Thanksgiving getaway.

To be fair, it doesn't really sound like you eat any canned clams to compare to

I don't bother with shellfish and crab especially if it's in shell for little meat. Black bean sauce clams from Chinese restaurants are good but mainly because the salty sauce . Sodium levels probably through the roof lol

Single cans are out of stock, but I bought a case of 12. Each can was 2.33 including tax.

I've tasted canned clams. No comparison. Try fresh and then you will know.

News flash: fresh seafood is better than a $3.30 can of clams.

Thanks for the idea. But I'm getting it at $2.61 per can. Do you have 15% off for S&S I'm guessing?
