I have the similar five drawer without the side cabinet and it is fine for my purposes but is not sturdy enough to put a baby on it. Double the size with the side cabinet and it might work.
We'd obviously put a changing pad on top etc. but this seems to be a cheap yet stable changing table. Never leave kid on it unattended bla bla bla so no actual concerns.

OTOH glued together mine's pretty darn sturdy other than the slides. I had an issue with the 7-drawer version that the sides would bow out and the drawer slides would then slip out of the track. Fixed with a rod through the middle.
For the price, if you have a use for it this is a pretty good deal. Just don't expect exceptional quality.

I've had people ask me what if they need to disassemble something to move it and my answer is move it whole. This stuff never goes back together well anyhow.
For 60 bucks if you need this it's a good deal for sure.
