I would recommend finding a second-hand Herman Miller. You should be able to get a used Aeron for that. lLook up sizing and how to tell which size is which to get the right fit.

I got this chair for a hobby work space and its quite comfortable. I've never spent more than a few hours in it but assembly was easy and for the price it can't be beat.

I use Sitmatic. Mine seems to be Goodfit standard. These are ergonomic chairs rated for use 24/7 up to 450 lbs. I like it better than the HM at the corporate office. Mine was purchased for home office use particularly for ergonomics.
