I love Korean noodles because they're thicker and chewier. Unfortunately, virtually all Korean ramen is too damn hot. I find myself usually throwing away the flavor packs and using my own seasoning. Don't use the entire packet instead start with half the packet and slowly add more if you can tolerate it. Also scramble an egg into it, that also lessens the heat.
