I love Korean noodles because they're thicker and chewier. Unfortunately, virtually all Korean ramen is too damn hot. I find myself usually throwing away the flavor packs and using my own seasoning. This is one of the few Korean ramen that's not hot or too spicy. If I have I've complaint, it's that it's too sweet.

Don't use the entire packet instead start with half the packet and slowly add more if you can tolerate it. Also scramble an egg into it, that also lessens the heat.
