Just managed to score one, thanks OP! It shows as $408 but has a 35% discount automatically applied at checkout brining the price down to around ~$265. IIRC that's about $35 less than the best price I've seen of $300 for the camera alone, plus this includes 2 extra batteries and the charging case. DJI action cameras were heavily discounted around a year ago and I went with the Action 4 for $200 at that time. I'm happy with it and don't see myself going back to GoPro and their unreliable cameras.

Have it in my cart now, anyone know if this is going to be comparible to the dji nano?
The DJI Nano has some pretty significant overheating issues in real life (not when inside in an A/C controlled environment) and the jitter on the DJI Nano when walking with the camera is pretty brutal, especially in low light/indoors. The Nano unit itself also gets crazy hot, which makes it tough to wear for long periods of time.
If you're planning to use it to just get some short b-roll shots that are interesting and take advantage of the size, then I think it's all good. If you want to use it on a beach/outdoors in the Summer for some longer shots, it might be really frustrating.
The Action 5 Pro is just a great point and shoot camera for vlogging with solid battery life, few overheating issues, and the dual screens that help you frame the shot without a separate unit. The other thing with the Nano is that if you pair it with a DJI mic (only mics that work with it), for some reason, you can't use the dock to frame your shot.
I wanted to like the Nano, but I returned it. I'm sure the next version will be better, but this one wasn't for me.
