I don't know if I would ever buy this used.... they would almost have to be giving it away and I would need a bucket of Clorox on the ready.

In for both a "like new" K300 and a "like new" C2. Hoping one will be brand new and just a damaged box, like a lot of my "like new" purchases have been. Price is too good to pass up! Need to replace a broken Brondell Swash 1500 that lasted 1 month past the AMEX extended warranty. Of course.

I bought a K300 and a C2. Both "like new" condition.

Neither looks used, so "like new" in that regard.

However, both arrived cracked. Bummer. It looks like both originally shipped to the first buyers in their manufacturer's packaging because I can see the remnants of the shipping labels. Amazon shipped both to me in 1 Amazon box.

My guess is the items did not survive the original shipping and were returned cracked, as the manufacturer's boxes are not really packed for shipping. Swing and a miss by the Amazon crew that reviews and certifies as "like new". Of course, I could be wrong and both cracked during shipment to me.

Oh, well. It was worth a try. I don't suppose we think that Toto would honor the crack under warranty?? I can't imagine they can "fix" it and would likely have to send a whole new unit.
