Any reasons for that? Aren't these technologies relies on the ecosystem which is Samsung's strength?

got 4 last time and other than accidentally pressing them occasionally, I'd say they work great.

The smarttag2's have an issue where they make the battery-inserted beep noise just sitting there. Taking the battery out and putting it back in usually fixes it, but it can be quite annoying, and you don't always have a pin handy to do it.

I shifted from Apple's ecosystem back to Samsung and I am highly disappointed in these. I once forgot my car in the airport parking lot and it was bad.
It doesn't show arrows and doesn't have navigation features.
Unlike the airtags it doesn't tell the direction in which to search

Ok, aren't these attached to Samsung only ecosystem? Why not get Google Find My Device compatible tags?

yes easy to replace. i put them all on battery saving mode and they last double (around 1 year) but i have so many devices that requires constant battery replacements that this wasn't on my bingo card. i just wish it lasted 3 years at least.

forgot to add that the interface UI to use them is the most confusing thing ever. to actually use them you need to click on 3 dots on top right then navigate to eventually find the option to look for it on the map, the UI doesn't make any sense and no one have them knows how to utilize it due to the horrible smartthings UI

I hate the pebblebee brand ones that I have so much that I want to replace them all with these since. I wonder If these are any better.
