If you don't use VS in a professional setting, you probably should just use the community edition which has the same feature as in professional.
If you use VS for your job, a grey market key is probably not going to be considered as a legitimate license anyway if MS ever comes after you. So you need to buy a real license. Otherwise you might as well use the community edition and save that $10. That said, IANAL.
