I have this .. paid quite a bit more .. make sure your getting the "high torque" version of ryobi when shopping around and or reviewing.... I recently replaced the whole front end of a 10 year old nissan frontier... I would have been in a world of trouble without this..

I saw someone tested it on YouTube. It can break a nut torqued at 500 ft-lbs with the provided 4ah battery. If you need the max breakaway torque, you probably need to get the 8ah HP battery (~$110). It is a good price. I paid over a hundred dollars for my Ryobi mid torque impact wrench. But I would consider Milwaukee high torque impact if I need more torque.

the drill would be fine, I'd get other bits. Ryobi isn't known for making the best bits, I have some and they aren't great. there are frequently Milwaukee bit sets listed here, which would be so much better

No, it has three power settings plus an automatic mode so you can set it for whatever you are doing. I have one, I just used it to pull all the front suspension, brakes, fenders, doors, and steering parts off a 1967 Cougar. It worked fine on all those old crusty bolts except for a couple places where it was too big to fit. And I used it for putting on three sets of winter tires.
