Just a heads up. When entering personal info on order, do not capitalize your first or last name. I read about this from another thread and it seems to work at keeping their security system from raising false security flags. Also used chrome incognito and VPN. Order went thru without a hitch.

I want to remind everyone that there is no need to port in a number for this deal. Slickdeals staff replaced my original post with their own that states a port is required. SD staff is wrong on this.

It is an eSim. Do not erase it before auto unlock, otherwise it will never unlock. Auto unlock works fine when connected to WiFi after one year wait.
Have you tried using a compatible network sim (aka tmobile), I don't think this would erase the Esim but could run concurrently with it, so in theory it should work if T-mobile service works that is...

Also, in for one... I'll report back how it reacts to my Tmobile sim card if no one tells me not to try it for fear of destroying Esim...

I'm a reg T mobile user. Can I just pay the first month and then use it with one of my Reg T mobile numbers? Or will I still need to wait a year to use it with T mobile?

Use different personal info: email, phone number and virtual credit card number if your cc allows it. Also use VPN and use incognito mode on Chrome. The non-caps on name does work for some people who can't seem to get through the false security firewall.
I have been using the same email for the past 5 years with the same name with caps and same card payments. Only thing that changed is my address, but I have ordered multiple times for both address too.

It's kind of crazy how YMMV metro experience can be for everyone. But then again, I don't order a new phone from them every week like some people here.

By the way, this is a really good price for these. Thanks for sharing.
