Just a heads up. When entering personal info on order, do not capitalize your first or last name. I read about this from another thread and it seems to work at keeping their security system from raising false security flags. Also used chrome incognito and VPN. Order went thru without a hitch.

I want to remind everyone that there is no need to port in a number for this deal. Slickdeals staff replaced my original post with their own that states a port is required. SD staff is wrong on this.

I just received my second one

Android 15
May 2025 security.

I activated the eSIM but I'm having a similar issue as the other user. It shows metro and 5g but there's a small icon on the status bar.

I can't make calls and text. Data does not work as well

I can verify the moto tool worked for me. My phone came today. The manufacture date on box is Jan 14 2025. It had a November Security update. It took me a couple times but it did unlock. I did have to turn on the phones wifi at the end to get it to unlock. I put my cricket sim in and working perfect. I think anything with November update might be the only ones that will work with this tool. I am very lucky. I would buy another if I new the manufacture date but it's a crap shoot if you order.

Can you please post the Unlock app version? You can search Unlock under settings and app should show up. Thanks.

If I go to settings and search top bar for "unlock", one of the results is Unlock (App info). My version is 5.13.9.
