They're essentially the same body. WK03 has better color rendering, warmer beam, and buck driver. (And comes with optional magnetic tail cap.)
Not a big deal but Amazon description make it sound like the magnetic tail cap is included with this listing?
You can regularly get it cheaper than this if you order from direct from china, but that normally takes a couple weeks.
For anyone that doesn't know better; never pay full MSRP for one of these or Sofirn lights, they go on sale way to often for that.
I have another small flashlight that (smaller than this) as my daily go to and has the button at the back of the cap. I wish these flashlights had it there. I hate the ones on the side of the head, even though I still use these.

So for something like furnace repair, you'll want to use a lower setting. Think of "turbo" mode like it's used in automobiles: only used for short periods of time, when needed.
