This game is a bit misleading... it is not a Traveler's Tales Lego game like almost every other branded Lego game you think of (Star Wars, Batman, Hobbit, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Marvel, etc).

This is from a completely different studio and while it is mentioned as having a few novel ideas, it was generally found rushed and lacking by reviewers.

Thanks for providing an actual review.
As the holidays are coming around, I was considering getting this for "the pile", but if a red and blue fiber-embedded 25% linen and 75% cotton "gift card" could be better then I will move on.

I really enjoyed Lego LOTR and Star Wars, and unfortunately I agree that this is slightly disappointing. I enjoyed it plenty, but it lacked the depth of development, playable characters, accessories/weapons, etc. found in other games. It's worth the $20 for a HZD fan, but I beat it in about 3 days and will probably sell it soon.
