This beats last month's $1270 deal, with Samsung EPP/EDU program, price is $1,352.18, chat with an agent and you can get $100 off ($1252.18 after discount). You also get a set of panels that you could technically resell for about $200 on ebay/facebook marketplace. Shipping is $29.99 or you could pickup at some locations. Install is free if you get it shipped. 3 year care plan for only $1 more compared to $30 last month. Haul away is $25.

Cosmetically the Samsung is superior but do your own research... highly recommend not purchasing, don't do it. They don't last, not enough service dealers, and save yourself a heartache.

Had a smaller of the same model and it was full featured but buzzed like crazy to the point I couldn't stand it. We returned it.

This is the exact same deal as the $1352.18 deal. Chatting CS multiple times hoping one of them gives you an additional $100 off was always available for most Samsung Purchases but its very YMMV.

I guess I got lucky, got it on the first chat. They used to also give you random discount codes if you switch to different tabs in your browser, but haven't seen that in a while.

  1. it is not 29 usable cu ft. Open one door and look at the wasted space between the door bins and the shelves. Cu ft is measured by laying it on its back and filling it with water.
  2. Find a servicer in your area before you buy. We are an authorized dealer and if you didnt buy from us, we wont come out, especially on Samsung.
  3. Our extended warranty company, after it expires, will solicit you to extend the warranty....except on Samsung refrigerators. They will not allow you to go beyond your original terms.
I would recommend Bosch, then LG.

why Bosch? Dont get me wrong - I too like Bosch - but the veggie drawers tray are so flimsy., compared to proper trays in GE Profile, LG, etc. So I am really asking to know why

For the amount we sell, we don't get the service calls. Especially the models without the external water dispensers.

I am looking for good deals without the water or ice 'dispensers' among Bosch, LG, GE Cafe etc. Hope to land something good by Blk Friday along with Garage Refrigerator

Just know ge Cafe isn't built any better than ge or profile, just more bells and whistles. Also, appliances are residential, meaning they need to be in a room above 50 degrees. The new refrigerant can have issues operating below 60 in our experience. Putting a fridge in a garage is a no if you are storing perishables, especially if it's a fridge freezer combo. The only fridge I would put in my garage is a convertible unit that is all fridge or all freezer, depending on how you select it. The last fridge a customer bought was a Frigidaire that advertised garage ready. It had issues maintaining temp. When we called tech line, they tell us they haven't built one in over 2 years and don't know why their website lists 12 models that are capable. Appliances are not built, nor have the same thermometers in them like old units. They are built to meet energy demands so they can't handle temps lower than 55ish.
