I can't seem to replicate the deal.
It comes up $14.99, $11.99 with coupon activated. (The $3 coupon)

How are you getting $4.50???

Never mind. I added it to my cart and it came up $4.50. I have no idea why they are hiding that price.

I can't find any Ceramic Screen Protectors for iPhone 17.

I had these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CWK76HDL on the iPhone 11 and they were much better than the glass ones.

It's showing out of stock on the product line up page. But if you click on the Pro Max, it is back in stock. I just bought one 5 minutes ago.
