All of the canned veggies from Amazon can have this problem because their stock is low.
I know because I buy them a lot and 10 at a time when I can.

The stock is regional and sold out whenever it shows that error. So technically still available but not in your area
I ordered 10 of these awhile back and so far I've only got 4 all sent in separate packages from different warehouses across the county. One I got today was shipped UPS and the other two were USPS.

Other times just amazon delivery. Sometimes though I have noticed (mostly with USPS) that they will say the item is delivered yet it doesn't show in my mailbox till a day or two later
