Trust me they got this phone VERY CHEAP from Motorola. Don't ever rely on their MSRP number. Some people with a low IQ to say they are losing money because we are cheating. Nope they never lose money.

Yes, I did also but the 5G on t-mobile is still crippled with the Total Wireless Samsung A35. 4G is fine.

I do not have one to test. If your moto model number ends in "V" then it is probably a Verizon specific model and which may have a problem on other carriers. I have not seen anyone report this specifically. I have seen it reported for TW's Samsung A35/A36 phones.

I get 5G with T-Mo prepaid on a Total Wireless Samsung A16 and A36.

I signed up for a plan and paid $30 for the first month. The plan was activated on Oct 18, but they're saying I can only request an unlock after Dec 20 — which is 2 days over 2 months.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before?

Not the same scenario. This particular deal forces you to add a 2 month unlimited plan (55x2=110) along with the $50 for the phone at the time of purchase. The phone will be unlocked at the end of the 2 month pre-paid service without paying the 3rd month.

Some people on SD suggested that, if the number is not your main number and you could go for a few days without cell service, to let the 30 day plan expire for a few days before paying for the 2nd month/another 30 days so it will overlap and still be active at the time you could unlock. I can't confirm this.

Personally I never want to go back to curved screen again.

Curved screens were great when manufacturers couldn't figure out how to reduce their side bezels, but now everyone has figured it out. There's no reason for curved screens to exist anymore.
