I see this useful for cutting meat without getting micro plastics from a plastic board or health risk using a wood board that ends up not getting washed properly after. As someone who cooks meat once in a while this might help but I agree my knife will cry.

If you're cooking what you're chopping up, this isn't much of a risk to my knowledge. As with anything, you'd want to have separate boards for raw and meats and everything else.

We don't cook sales. I don't mean to say you are wrong but this product fits some needs with the sacrifice of few cheap quality knives
